ABC Programme 2021 in TS Schools under 3R’s LEP Programme. Telangana School Education Department has started the ABC Programme in TS Schools for this academic year. In this connection detailed guidelines, Instructions and ABC Programme Action Plan have been issued to all the Educational Officers in Telangana State. ABC Programme is a 3R’s LEP Programme i.e it is 3R’s Remedial Teaching Programme to achieving minimum levels of learning in Telugu, English, Maths.

All the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the guidelines were issued to implement Attainment of Basic Competencies – ABC (Moolalloki veladam) programme in all Government, local body, KGBVs and Aided schools in the State. The programme is implementing 60-days for Classes III to VIII to improve the Basic foundational skills
In this regard, it is scheduled to conduct a Video Conference with District Educational Officers, Sectoral Officers, Mandal Educational Officers, School Complex Head Masters and Members of District level monitoring team on 17-08-2019 from 02.00 P.M to 05.00 P.M to review District progress on ABC Program i.e child-wise Basic foundational skills of reading, writing and arithmetic from Classes III to VIII.
ABC Programme in TS Schools under 3R’s LEP Programme:
The CSE & EO SPD and ASPD will review the following agenda
1. Review on Implementation of ABC Program.
2. Review on School visits (Format enclosed) by District Educational Officers, Sectoral Officers, Mandal Educational officers and School Complex Head Masters.
3. Review on the conduct of External Evaluation (Shaalasiddhi).
4. Distribution of CCE Records & registers.
5. Data uploading of Pre-test results (ABC Program)
Therefore the DEOs and EO Project Officers of Samagara Shiksha in the State are requested to attend the Video Conference along with Sectoral Officers, MEOs, SCHMs, and Monitoring Team Members with agenda notes on 17.08.2019 without fail.
