AP CETs held in Computer Based Test 2020: As per the Govt Orders, AP CETs should be conducted through Online mode i.e Computer-based examination/ test from 2020-2021. In this connection, a committee has constituted for conduct Online AP CETs i.e AP EAMCET, AP LAWCET/PGLCET, AP ECET, AP ICET, AP EdCET, AP PECET, AP PGECET, AP PG CET.

Online mode Entrance Exams to be conducted for common entrance tests. Computer-based entrance exams/tests notifications, Online applying procedure, syllabus, exam pattern, exam dates, hall tickets, results, rank cards, web-based counseling, certificates verification, web options, and seat allotment details would be announced time to time by APSCHE and also available on APSCHE Web portal.

AP CETs are Computer Based Test 2020

In the circumstances reported by the Vice-Chairman, A.P.State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad in the reference read above, the Government after careful examination, hereby constitute a Committee, for the conduct of computer-based examination/test- online CETs from 2020-18, with the following composition:

1) Sri G. S. Panda Das, IAS, CCE & CTE, Chairperson.
2) Dr. K. Raghunath, Spl. Officer, CET & APSCHE- Convener.
3) Sri. S. Varadarajan, Secretary, APSCHE.
4) Convener, ICET.
5) Convener, EAMCET.
6) Convener, ECET.
7) Convener, PG CET.
8) Prof. Y. K. Sundara Krishna, Dean Examination, Krishna University.
9) Prof. P. S. Avadhani, Principal, AU College of Engineering.
10) Prof. A. Ram Mohan Reddy, Computer Science Department, S.V.U.
11) Dr. B. Sakunthala, Consultant, SCERT, Govt. of A.P.
12) Sri K. Dakshinamurthy, Sr. Manager, Consultant (Center for Good Governance)
13) Ch. Sanjeeva Rayudu, O/o of the CTE.

The Committee shall examine the following and submit its report to Government within 7 days:
(i) Assessment of the requirements for conducting online CETs
(ii) Mapping the vulnerable areas which need more attention.
(iii) Role of implementing agency vis-à-vis the agency selected for the conducting online CETs
(iv) Change management (creation of awareness among the Students / Faculty about Online CETs).
(v) Process / Roles in the identification of test centers.
(vi) To suggest the architecture system for the online CETs.
(vii) Suggesting various Parameters and involved identification agencies for the online CETs.
(viii) Role of Convener in the new system of Online CETs.

It is proposed to place the report of the Committee before a meeting of conveners chaired by Hon’ble M(HRD) at the A.P.State Council of Higher Education level at the earliest for further decision in the matter.
