AP Special DSC 2019 (AP TETcumTRT) for SA Posts, Apply Online. AP Special DSC 2019 for Special Teachers Recruitment through AP TETcumTRT and Apply Online up to March 12, 2019. The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test Cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TET-CUM-TRT) for the posts of School Assistants(Special Education) under Inclusive Education for Disabled Children at Secondary Stage(IEDSS) under the Andhra Pradesh Samagra Shiksha (SMS).
Commissioner of School Education, AP or APDSC has extended the last date to apply for School Assistant posts till May 16, 2019. Candidates who still have not applied for the post can visit the official site at cse.ap.gov.in and apply. The last date of fee payment is till May 15, 2019. The recruitment is for the post of School Assistants (Special Education) under Inclusive Education for Disabled Children at Secondary Stage(IEDSS) under the Andhra Pradesh Samagra Shiksha.
Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) OR Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed (General) with one year Diploma in Special Education OR Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with two year diploma in Special Education OR Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with post-graduate professional
The written examination will be conducted on May 31, 2019 in two sessions. The Computer Based Test shall be conducted in all the districts. A candidate shall appear for the Computer Based Test in the district in which he/she seeks recruitment (or) in adjacent districts of neighboring states. Session I will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and Session II will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm

Eligibility and Qualifications for AP Special DSC: AP TET cum TRT 2019:
(i) No person shall be eligible for appointment to the categories of the post specified in the table below unless he/she possesses the qualifications thereof;
(ii) The candidates who have passed SSC Examination in the concerned medium or with the concerned Language as First Language are eligible to apply to the posts in the concerned medium and the candidates who have passed the examination of Higher standards in the concerned language/medium are also eligible to apply to the posts in that medium.
(iii) Government orders issued from time to time relating to the method of appointment and the authorities competent to make appointments shall be applicable.
(iv) The qualifications prescribed for the post of School Assistants (Special Education) shall be as prescribed in Column (2) below and the relevant certificate shall be registered with RCI.
School Assistant (Special Education)
(a) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (Spl.B.Ed) recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
(b) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed (General) with one year Diploma in Special Education.
(c) Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with two year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
(d) Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment to the post of Teacher if he/she is less than 18 years of age and not more than 44 years of age as on 1st day of July of the year 2018 in which the notification for selection to the relevant post, category or class or a service is made. However, in case of SC / ST / BC candidates the maximum age limit shall be 49 years and in respect of Physically Challenged candidates the maximum age limit shall be 54 years.
Upper age limit for Ex-service Men: A person, who worked in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union, shall be allowed to deduct the length of the service rendered by him in the Armed Forces and also three years from his age for the purpose of the maximum age limit.
Syllabus for AP TET cum TRT:
The details of syllabus, allocation of marks to different subjects, content and structure of Teacher Eligibility Test Cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TET-CUM-TRT) shall be notified in the Information Bulletin to be issued by the Commissioner of School Education through the official web site designated for this purpose.
AP TET cum TRT Exam Scheme(Examination Pattern):
The Structure and Content proposed for TET-CUM-TRT for School Assistants (Special Education) are as follows:

Duration of examination: 3 Hours
a. General Studies and Current Affairs – 30 MCQs= 15 Marks
b. Perspectives in Special Education and Inclusive Education – 10 MCQs= 5 Marks
c. Methodology in Special Education and Inclusive Education – 20 MCQs= 10 Marks
d. Psychology with reference to CWSN- 20 MCQs= 10 Marks
e. Category of Disability Specialisation (i.ID, ii.HI, iii.VI, iv.SLD, v. ASD&CP with MD)(Each category has equal marks)- 120 MCQs= 60 Marks
TOTAL – 200 MCQs= 100 Marks
Weightage to IERTs= 5 Marks

Recruitment Method for AP Special DSC: AP TET cum TRT 2019:
The Recruitment shall be through a selection process consisting of Written Test and other criteria stipulated by the Government from time to time. For School Assistants (Special Education) the total marks shall be 100 (hundred) for the Written Test (TET Cum TRT).
It will be purely based on merit cum roster system as per the existing provisions being adopted by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
SELECTION: For School Assistant (Special Education) selection will be on the basis of marks secured in the Written. Test (TET-CUM-TRT) and Weightage only duly following the Provisions of Rule 19.
Note: Merit list will be generated on the basis of Written Marks (TET CUM TRT) + Weightage Marks. Total marks will be arrived by limiting to 100 (Hundred) only.
