Andhra Pradesh state government, School Education Department would issue the Teachers Recruitment Test(TRT) schedule notification on 26-10-2018 for recruitment to the 6,100 Teacher Posts. There are School Assistants, Language Pandits, PETs and SGT posts in this notification. Many of the candidates are waiting for these days. DSC is now called as TET cum Teachers Recruitment Test (TET cum TRT).

Good news for the unemployed youth in Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh Government on Wednesday released the AP DSC: TET cum TRT 2018 Notification for the recruitment to the 6,100 posts of teachers. Human Resources Development Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao released the notification schedule.
The notification was issued to undertake large-scale recruitment under DSC-2018 to fill a record number of 6,100 vacant school teachers’ posts. While the tests would be held on 06.12.2018 to 14.01.2019, the process of recruitment would be completed by June 12 next year

The long-awaited DSC notification for Andhra Pradesh has finally been released. The announcement about the DSC notification was made by Andhra Pradesh Human Resources Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao. The syllabus for the DSC would be released on July 06. There are 10,351 posts and the applications would be accepted online from July 7.
The tests would be held on August 23 to Agust 30. The process of recruitment would be completed by September 2018, so that the teachers would be available for the next academic year Guidelines for AP TET cum TRT: AP DSC 2018
- Candidates’ age should be between 18-40 years up to July 2018.
- Written test will be conducted for secondary grade teachers, PET posts for 180 marks. It will be for 200 marks for SGT posts.
- The time limit for the written test for SGT, S. A post is 3hrs. In this time 15 min are for reading questions.
- SGT posts are only for D.Ed holders.
- Already qualified candidates in TET also should write this exam. In which test the candidate’s scores marks those will be considered.
- Those who have the qualification in distance mode are specially treated.
- Govt thinks that this recruitment process should be completed before the re-open of schools 12-06-2019.
- According to officials, postings will be according to the merit they get in the written test only.
