AUCET Hall Tickets 2020 details

The Entrance test looks like this:

  • It includes a hundred multiple choice questions.
  • Each question is given four options.
  • The test duration is 90 minutes.
  • A total of 13 tests are conducted for all PG courses.
  • Candidates are required to take one of these exams according to the course applied.

Instructions

1. Candidates can download their Hall-tickets from the website www.AUdoa.in or www.AU.ac.in/doa.

2. No candidate will be admitted into Examination hall without Hall-Ticket.

3. The Entrance Test will have 100 multiple choice questions and each question carries 1 mark to be answered in 90 minutes. NO NEGATIVE MARKS FOR WRONG ANSWERS.

4. Candidates have to indicate their answers only on the OMR Sheet provided along with the Question Paper (Model OMR Answer sheet enclosed towards the end of this information brochure).

5. Candidates have to bring BLACK BALLPOINT PEN for marking on the OMR Sheet. (Candidates are required to go through instructions given on the OMR Sheet for answering questions in the Examination).

6. Books / Tables / Mechanical / Electronic aids / Cell Phones / Mobile Phones / Pagers are not allowed in the Examination Hall. Possession of these items in the Examination hall is an offence and disciplinary action will be taken by the Chief Superintendent of the Examination centre.

7. The candidate will not be admitted into the Examination Hall after a lapse of 15 minutes after the commencement of the Entrance Test. The Candidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall after the lapse of 60 minutes of commencement of Entrance Test.

8. The Chief Superintendent of the Centre may take any disciplinary action against candidates resorting to malpractices in the entrance examination will be dealt with in accordance with the University rules.

The Andhra University, Visakhapatnam has released the admit cards of Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) 2020. Candidates who are appearing for the paper can download the same from the official AUCET website. The entrance test is scheduled to be held on 07 to 09-08-2020.

Candidates can make corrections in their names, reservation category, etc in nominal rolls which will be incorporated in the original data subsequently. They need not contact the DOA office in this regard.

Aspirants seeking admissions to various courses in Andhra University and the Dr B R Ambedkar University, Srikakulam will have to appear for AUCET on May.., 2020.

The University offers 33 courses in the science stream, 47 courses in the arts, 6 integrated engineering courses and one in law. The Directorate has received 22,948 applications this year. The exams will be conducted at centres in Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada and Guntur.

AUCET:
Around 26,000 candidates will attend AUCET 2020/AUEET 2020, which is scheduled to be conducted on May.. in three sessions per day. Andhra University PGCET Examination would be conducted at eight places in the city, for which all necessary arrangements had been made.

As per the AU authorities, 23,086 candidates have applied for various PG courses and 2,686 applied for six-year integrated (B.Tech. + M.Tech) Dual Degree Programmes offered by AU College of Engineering (A) and College of Engineering for Women, Andhra University.

Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Rajamahendravaram, Eluru, Vijayawada and Guntur will be the examination centres. More than 80 per cent of candidates had already downloaded their hall tickets. Differently abled candidates, who need a scribe should inform the chief superintendent of the centre at least a day in advance according to AU Officials.

VC also instructed that candidates should be present an hour before at the examination centre and they will not be allowed once the test commences.

Steps to download AUCET Hall Tickets 2020

  • Go to the official website for AUCET 2020 (audoa.in or andhrauniversity.edu.in/doa).
  • On the left side of the screen, click on the tab that says “Download Hall Ticket”.
  • Enter your application number and date of birth in the fields provided.
  • Click on submit.
  • Download your admit card and take a print out of the same for further reference.
  • Take a print out and remember to carry them in the exam hall -AUCET 2020 official web portal www.audoa.in
