The attention of all the District Educational Officers of Warangal, Khammam, Adilabad, Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar. Karimnagar & invited to the reference read above, and they ore requested to take action as per schedule and they are requested to give co-operation their to conduct and supervision of the Hindi Examinations as per the Schedule on 9th & 10th September 2017 in the schools selected by Secretary Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Hyderabad without fail.

Subject: Seeking permission to conduct Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are Examinations from Prathamic to Pravesika on 9th & 10th September 2017 and request to issue of necessary proceedings In Government Schools-Reg.

Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prather Sabha conducting it’s Hindi Examinations Prathamic, Madhyama, Rashtra Basha and Pravesika every year in the month of February and September Second Saturday & Sunday. In Andhra Pradesh every year nearly 80 Examination Centers conducting our above Examinations. Approximately 10.000 students are appearing in our Hindi Examinations in September. 2017.

Now, we are going to conduct the above Examinations on 09th & 10th September 2017. So we request you to issue suitable orders and inform all District Educational Officers through your Proceedings to help us to conduct the Examinations in a smooth and peaceful Manner in various Government Schools.

We will Co-Operate for the smooth running of the Hindi Examinations as per the schedule at various centers and conduct the Examinations. We earnestly request, the Director kindly to issue suitable Instructions to the area in this regard and to extend your kind Co-Operation. Also, we are enclosing the previous order for your ready reference. We are herewith enclosing the Examination Centers List (District Wise) for your kind reference.
