DIAL 100 Police Emergency Service has been modernized: If an accident takes place, by a simple phone call to “108” it will reach you by first aid it will take you to near by hospital.

As “100” introduced 2 years back but it failed to achieve the target.By different modifications,now they are responding by a phone call.But they should their complete details then only police comes to you and proceeds further.
Police Department’s vision to deliver the most efficient, effective, productive and quality police service to the community strengthens further with a unique initiative known as “Project Dial 100”. The Dial-100 Project aims to integrate best practices in emergency management and thus ensure efficient service delivery to the citizens.
DIAL 100 integrated service would enhance the efficiency and quality of service and provide citizens with effective and immediate access to the Police in case of emergency. Every citizen shall be able to get access to the Police concerned in the entire state within minutes. The combined services under one roof will further widen the scope of emergency services being handled across the state thus providing the citizens access to immediate help. Calls made to the helpline will first reach the centralised ‘Dial-100’ call centre here and complaints once lodged, will be recorded by an Interactive Voice Record System (IVRS) and action taken will be monitored.
By modernizing “100”and going to start in the newly constructed police commissionerate at Banjara hills.
- Identifying the place from where the person dialed in the whole state.
- All Rakshak vehicles will be connected to G.P.S.(The place of vehicle location will be appear on the screen in “100”control rooms).
- Call will be connected to the nearly police of Rakshak vehicle.
- Details of the victims will be enrolled in the control room.
- Rakshak vehicle will reach to the incidental place as it is connected by G.P.S.
- Complaint will be entered in to the computer of Rakshak vehicle.
- The details of time of complaint,vehicle reached to the place etc will be entered in the control room.
- If delayed the police should give explanation.
So,make use of”100″in proper time and beware of irregular incidents.
