e Shram Card: how to download the Shramik Card from register.eshram.gov.in?. E-shram is a portal launched by the Ministry of Labour and Employment of India on August 21, 2021, for the welfare of workers in the unorganised sector. Candidates who sign up for e-Shram will be allocated a card with their Unique Identification Number (UAN) similar to the Aadhar number by the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
Aspirants can find employment in the future by registering for the CSC NDUW (National Database of Unorganised Workers) e-Shram Card Online Registration. The E-SHRAM Portal is launched to track and gather all information and statistics on unorganised sector labourers and employees. The information gathered will be utilised to build new plans, policies, and job possibilities for unorganised sector workers and labourers.
Unorganized workers are those who work from home, are self-employed, or are wage workers in the unorganised sector who are not members of ESIC or EPFO. The scheme’s prime focus was to keep an organised database of informal sector works and do welfare works for them. The e-Shram portal is maintained by the National of Unorganised Workers under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

After registration on the eShram card Portal, each worker will be issued an e-SHRAM card which will be a 12 digit personal identification card using which the workers can take help of all social security schemes. The logo of the e-SHRAM Portal has been launched on 24th August 2021 by the Union Minister for Labour and Employment Minister.
How to Download the e SHRAM Card?
In order to use the facilities under the eSHRAM scheme, you will need your 12 digit number present on the eShram Card 2021 issued to you after registration. In order to download your card follow the guidelines given below:
- Visit the eshram.gov.in website
Open the eshram.gov.in official website for the e-SHRAM portal by entering web address in your device.
- Click on the UPDATE link
Once you reach the official web portal, click on the UPDATE link on the home page at Already Registered?. e-Shram Registration login Web portal will be appeared
- Enter Login Details
In this e-Shram Login web page, enter your username and password followed by the captcha code and click on the “Login” button. The system will verify your credentials and grant access to your personal profile section.
- Click on the e-Shram Card link
Once you reach the profile web page, click on the e-Shram Card link from the menu at the top.
- Download eShram Card
After clicking on the link, this will download your eSHRAM card having a unique 12 digit number assigned to you. You can take a printout of this card for any of your further requirements.
