Income Certificate Format Download: Government of Andhra Pradesh, Revenue Department has given GO.1061 for Amendment to the GO.186 for Issue of Income Certificate by Revenue Authorities.
As per GO.186 Certain guidelines/orders and instructions have been issued for the issue of Income Certificate (of parents) to the students for the purpose of filing applications for Scholarships/ Fee reimbursement and Procedure for applying Income Certificate and model Income Certificate Format has been given in GO.186.
As per GO.1061 Income Certificate Valid up to 4 years from the date of issue. This GO details as follows

Order:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Social Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference second read above, Government after careful examination orders that, the following amendment shall be issued to the G.O.Ms.No.186, Revenue (Ser.II)Department, dated. 26.05.2015:
AMENDMENT:
(1) In para 5 (i) of the said G.O. the following shall be added:
“This shall also be applicable to the Certificates issued previously where period of (4) years has not elapsed. To illustrate, a certificate issued before or after 26.5.2011 shall be valid upto for (4) years from the date of issue”.
(2) In para 5(iii) of the said G.O. the following shall be added:
“only from the persons who are not having White Ration card”.
2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall communicate this order to all Heads of Departments concerned, the District Collectors and Tahsildars in the State. Income Certificate Format Download
Procedure for applying Income Certificate:
The Income Declaration Form along with a copy of Aadhaar card should be filed by the applicant in triplicate, of which only the first copy should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/-. The first copy should be kept in official records, the second copy may be forwarded for field enquiry while the third copy should be used for appending the Income Certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar concerned immediately below the format of the Income Declaration Form.
The Income Certificate should be given in the following format and would be valid for a period of four (4) years from the date of issue.
