NFSC 2021 is National Fellowship for SC Students. Apply Online for SC National Fellowship – The National Fellowship (NF) Scheme for Scheduled Caste is formulated and funded by Ministry of Social Justice &Empowerment. The scheme is open to candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste and are pursuing higher studies such as regular and full time M.Phil. and Ph.D.degrees in Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences and Engineering & Technology. There are 2000 slots for Scheduled Caste every year for all the subjects. 3% fellowships are reserved for Persons with Disabilities candidates belonging to SC categories as per provision laid down by the Government of India. The UGC has been implementing the scheme of National Fellowship (NF) for Other Backward Classes (OBC) as entrusted & funded by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India, New Delhi. National Overseas Scholarship for Students with Disabilities to study Abroad

The National Overseas Scholarship for Students with Disabilities Scheme provides financial assistance to the students with disabilities who are finally selected for pursuing Master’s level courses and Ph.D abroad in the following specified fields of study: a) Engineering & Management; b) Pure Sciences & Applied Sciences; c) Agricultural Science & Medicine; d) Commerce, Accounting & Finance and e) Humanities, Social Science & Fine Arts. No. of Scholarships: Twenty (20) awards per year are available under the Scheme. Women Candidates: As the endeavor is to encourage women candidates, therefore, out of the total of twenty scholarships six scholarships for each year shall be earmarked for women candidates. National Overseas Scholarship 2021 for SC, ST, OBC and Minority Students and submit NOS application at National Overseas Scholarship Portal. The NOS Scheme provides financial assistance to the selected candidates for pursuing Master level courses and Ph.D abroad in the accredited Institutions/University by an authorized body of that country in any fields of study. Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment invites applications for National Overseas Scholarship Scheme for SC 2020-21.  The scholarship aims to support the overseas higher education of low-income students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Denotified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribe, Landless Agricultural Labourer and Traditional Artisan categories. The financial assistance is offered to students for pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD abroad to help improve their economic and social status. The scholarship recipients will receive annual maintenance allowance of USD 15,400 and other benefits. Selection Criteria: The online applications of the eligible candidates shall be placed before the Selection-cum-Screening Committee for making their recommendations
