Private School Teachers Data Entry for getting Financial Assistance and Rice. Teachers and Non Teaching staff who are working in private schools can submit the Teaching and Non Teaching Proforma on online at schooledu.telangana.gov.in as per the time schedule for getting Financial Assistance and Rice.

Telangana State CM has decided to provide Rs.2000 financial assistance and 25 Kg rice per month to teachers and other staff of recognized private educational institutions effective from April. This assistance to continue till educational institutions are reopened. So, every Private school head should update their Teaching and Non Teaching Staff Details at School Education Telangana website.

The decision was taken on humanitarian grounds to benefit 1.45 lakh teachers and other staff working in recognised educational institutions. The rice will be supplied through ration shops. To avail the financial relief and rice, the eligible should submit their bank account and other details to the District Collector concerned. The scheme will benefit an estimated 1.45 lakh teaching and non-teaching staff of recognised private schools.

Efforts have begun to identify all the teaching and non-teaching staff working in all recognised private schools, and ensure distribution of 25 kg rice and Rs.2,000 per month each. The district collectors have been directed to use the database of recognised private schools available with the Education department in their respective districts and also take utmost care in identification of the beneficiaries.

Funds Released: Funds have been released for financial assistance announced by the state government to teachers and staff of private schools. The government released Rs.32 crore in April. Orders have been issued to this effect.

This will benefit almost one lakh private teachers and other staff. It is learned that the teachers and staff of private schools have already been directed by the authorities to apply to the local district collectors with their certification, bank account details etc.

Instructions: Staff enrollment edit option is given by the DEO according to your strength. So you can complete the upload process and submit to the team manually the staff details that need to be done online along with the online print out.

Pre-primary staff is not available as the government stipulates 1 – 10 class staff. So you can delete the pre-primary staff already uploaded in the school login. Do not enter the hostel staff as even the hostel staff is not allowed. If so, delete it by the edit option. Bus drivers and cleaners details can be submitted manually. Ration shop number is being added on the website. In it you can enter the ration shop number near the school.

Step by step process for Updating of Teaching and Non Teaching Staff Data Entry: Telangana private teachers from government recognized private management schools have to apply online to get financial benefit from Telangana government. The step-by-step process for submitting an online request in the School Education section of the Telangana official website is given below. The private teacher seeking financial assistance from the TS Government must log in to the school with the school U-DISE ID and password and submit the online application form.

  1. Open website: schooledu.telangana.gov.in
  2. Click on “Login”
  3. Select appropriate district tab.
  4. Enter User Name (UDISE Code) and Password.
  5. Under services, select the service Name as Part B: “Staff Details Confirmation” AND Part A: “Teaching and Non-Teaching staff details entry”
  6. Enter the details of the working private school with the U-DISE code
  7. Enter the name of the private teacher
  8. Enter the bank account number
  9. Enter the Aadhaar number
  10. Upload the relevant / required documents
  11. After confirming correctly, click on Submit button
  12. Take a printout of the application form.
  13. Submit odd copy to Mandal Educational Officer (MEO).

As per the the instructions of C& DSE, DEO and MRC Staff have to submit the following details. So the above is the process to open and upload teaching and non teaching staff particulars. Pass on the message and collect the data how many schools uploaded and number of teaching and non teaching staff immediately. And post the details in WhatsApp group with out fail. As per instructions of AD C submit the following information in the CDSE WhatsApp group by today 5pm.

The Education department will send a link to all the districts through which the data of beneficiaries should be uploaded between April 10 and 15. Scrutiny and grievance redressal will be done from April 16 to 19. The promised amount of Rs.2,000 will be deposited directly into the beneficiaries’ bank account during April 20 to 24. Similarly, rice will also be distributed to the beneficiaries through fair price shops during these days and this scheme will continue till the schools reopen.

The officials have already prepared an action plan for implementing the programme at a monthly expenditure of Rs.42.57 crore. While about Rs.29 crore will be spent towards providing the cash incentive, another Rs 13.57 crore will be spent towards procurement/distribution of about 3,625 tonnes of rice at the rate of 25 kg for each beneficiary.

The collectors would work out a system for those beneficiaries who do not have a ration card so as to ensure that no genuine beneficiary is left out. Telangana was the only State in the country to implement such a programme for the benefit of the private school staff.

Guidelines for distribution of financial assistance and rice to teaching and non teaching staff: Government of Telangana, School Education Department has given modalities for distribution of financial assistance of Rs.2000/- and 25 kg rice to teaching and non teaching staff of Recognized Private Schools per month until schools reopen. Private School HM should complete the Private School Teaching and Non Teaching Staff Data Entry on or before deadline at School Education Telangana Website for getting Financial Assistance and Rice.

In order to mitigate the suffering teaching and non-teaching staff of Recognized Private Schools in the State due to COVID-19, Government have decided to provide financial assistance of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousands only) and 25kgs rice to them per month until schools reopen. In order to ensure disbursement of the same in a smooth manner the following guidelines are issued.

How to Submit Teaching and Non Teaching Staff Proforma

Teaching and non-teaching staff Proforma Details: The list of teaching and non-teaching staff working in private recognised institutions as on 16th March, 2020 shall be obtained from the Private Educational Institutions in the prescribed proforma provided online. This proforma will contain the bank account and Aadhaar details of the staff. Part A of the proforma contains the staff details and the Part B contains the school details.

Step 1: Fill the Proforma by teaching and non-teaching staff: Teaching and non-teaching staff shall fill the Proforma Part-A duly signed by him/her and submit to the Head Master of concerned Private School. The Head Master shall keep the hard copies of the form filled by the staff in the school for physical verification.

Step 2: Submit Online Proforma by Headmaster: The Head Master of the Private School shall then enter the details of the teaching and non-teaching staff through his login in the online application form, in Part-A and Part-B available on https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in, take a printout and then submit the hard copy duly attested by him, to the Office of the District Educational Officer. The Private school management concerned is responsible for providing accurate data pertaining to their school and staff in the online application.

Step 3: Verification of Proforma: The District Educational Officer shall verify the details based on evidence, through the Mandal Educational Officer/ School Complex Head Masters, or any other Officer designated by the District Collector.

Step 4: Confirmation of Data: After physical verification by the officials concerned, District Educational Officer shall confirm the details of teaching and non- teaching staff, online, in the DEO login.

Step 5: Printout: After confirmation, District Educational Officer shall take printouts of the confirmed data entered online and submit the same through the District Collector to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Step 6: Distribution of financial assistance and rice: This confirmed data will be shared with the Finance Department and Civil Supplies Department for providing the Direct Benefit Transfer of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two Thousands only) and 25 (Twenty Five) Kgs of rice per month until schools reopen. In case of GHMC and Municipal Corporations, Collectors may take the assistance of the Commissioner and his staff to do the data collection and verification exercise.
