Teacher Posts Vacancies for TSPSC TRT, Most of the children and their parents are attracted to the atmosphere of private schools. This is due to the highly equipped infrastructure, teacher, pupil ratio, extracurricular, co-curricular activities. But if we see the education of both schools is different.
A student in govt school can understand the concept and answer the question in any way which we are saying C.C.E(Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation). Whereas private schools are inter, degree students without professional qualifications like D.Ed or B.Ed.
Teacher posts to be filled by next academic year(2017-2018): Deputy Chief Minister has said teacher posts would be filled in the State by next academic year. Dy.CM, Who also holds the Education portfolio, inaugurated a three-day orientation program for RJD, DEO, and Assistant Directors at Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister dealt with various schemes for education and stated to complete the rationalization process soon and fill teacher posts lying vacant. DEOs were appointed to the new districts, he said and instructed the officials to improve their style of functioning to offer quality education.
The new districts, he said, would help program monitoring effectively and it was for the officials to bring good name. He also said the new districts would prove handy as Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao wanted to focus on standard and quality education with facilities and staff.
There was a need for improving the standards in the government schools and teachers and officials should put in coordinated efforts to increase the student strength, Kadiyam said. He hoped that the orientation class would equip the officials of the Education Department to implement a plan of action to prepare our students to excel and surpass others in examinations and get suitable jobs in the future.
If we have a look at government schools most of the teachers are well qualified and approaching the students in the right manner. If we increase the facilities and the teachers according to the class ratio instead of student ratio and with proper supervision, we can achieve in govt schools.
As of April 1st, RTE(Right to Education Act) is implementing very strictly. The government should fill up all vacant positions. As per present statistics, more than 17,500 teacher posts are vacant. After rationalization in this summer, promotions the vacancy position will be clear.
Then total posts should be filled. If even one vacant position is left it will treat as a violation of the R.T.E act. In this situation, however, we see the release DSC or TET cum TRT notification compulsory. Already central govt gave permission to fill up 600 teacher posts to teach challenged children.
R.T.E act clears that fill up of teacher posts in government schools, and those who work in Pvt schools should also get through TET. For many days TET did not conduct so, this education dept may conduct TET + DSC at a time.
After 10th exams, teachers rationalization and teacher posts recruitment notifications may be held. Govt should decide yet. The DSC 2017 Notification will be announced in January 2016.
