TS PS UPS HS HMs and Teachers Should Complete Post Exam Activities, All Government Primary School /Upper Primary School/High School head masters should complete Summative Assessment 4 paper valuation before 15th April 2015. The corrected answer sheets should be distributed to students to rectify their mistakes.
“C” Grade Children: For all ‘C’ Grade children, Teachers should make the groups and make the child to read books, lessons, Library Books, Fable Stories up to his understanding level. The story should be discussed among the students group.
Conduct SMC Meeting and Distribute Progress Cards: All Govt. PS/UPS/HS Head Masters should conduct SMC meeting and distribute the progress report cards of the child to the parents on 23-04-2015 and discussion to be taken on child performance.
SCERT Team Visits: SCERT Team will visit in all schools on performance of child progress.
Summer Camp for C grade Children: After 23rd Summer Camp will be taken for all ‘C’ grade school children in School Complex Level by CRP’s and complex HMs should responsible for the summer camp in school complex level. In summer Remedial classes will be taken to all primary classes I to V where ‘C’ grade children are available by Cluster Resource Persons
School should keep clean and green: i) The main 5 points discussed by commissioner of school education to all schools should have
- Toilets,
- Drinking Water Facility,
- Electricity,
- Compound Wall,
- Greenery and Plantation and
school should keep clean and green especially toilets.
ii) The main aim of Govt. PS/UPS/HS School H.Ms to complete the toilets construction in all schools where the toilets are sanctioned to complete by 30th June.
iii) The GOVT H.Ms and SMC Chairmen should take responsibility to complete the Toilets construction during summer vacation.
Submit Online Teachers Particulars: All PS/UPS/HS HMs and teachers should update their teacher profile on site www.childinfo.tg.nic.in user name: 123456 Password: 123456 should update the data by 23rd of this month with required documents Aadhar card, employee Id, Health card, Professional education, academic education and medium.
