TS School Badi Bata Programme 2022, Check the Special Enrollment Drive Objectives, Guidelines

A Special Enrollment Drive that is Badi Bata Programme would be started in all TS Schools. Government of Telangana has launched TS School Badi Bata Programme 2022 as one of its Special Enrollment Drive/Campaign Programme to complete the Admissions of 2019-2020 academic year in all Government/ Zilla Parishad Schools in connection with special drive for Community mobilization for enrollment of all school age children.

The objectives of “Badi Bata Programme” shall be achieved through community participation, parents’ involvement, effective teacher participation and also regular monitoring by the education department. Success lies in creating awareness among parents about importance of education and highlighting the benefits being provided by the Govt. to take this education to their door step.

Badi bata Programme:

  • Two day Readiness Programmes OR Conduct of preparatory activities at District, Mandal and at School Level for preparation of action plan, making necessary arrangements etc.,: Date: 01-06-2022 to 02-06-2022.
  • Telangana State Formation Day Celebrations will be conducted on June 2, 2022.
  • Professor Jayashankar Badibata Programme OR TS Schools Badi Bata Programme/ Special Enrollment Drive all the Villages/Habitations Should be started from 03-06-2022 to 10-06-2022.
  • The Baidi Bata Programs to be conducted from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every day in Badi Bata.
  • Conduct of day wise activities at School Level: from 13-06-2022 to 30-06-2022.
  • TS Schools will be reopened on June 13, 2022.

Telangana School Badi Bata Programme Details

Objectives of Badi Bata 2022

  1. Identification of all the school age children in all the habitations and enroll them in the nearest schools.
  2. Increasing the enrollment in Government Schools and to provide quality education.
  3. Strengthening of Government Schools with the support of community participation (community support).
  4. Identification of 5 year old children from the nearby Anganwadi Centers and join them in the Government Schools.
  5. Updating Village Education Register (VER).
  6. Enrolling children who have completed 5th class in Upper Primary School / High School and enrollment of children who have completed 7th / 8th class in High School (Plan to ensure 100% transition of children.).
  7. Identifying schools with low enrollment and prepare a special plan to increase number of students with parental involvement.
  8. Preparing a plan to identify out of school children and enroll them in the relevant class according to their age.
  9. Design a plan emphasizing the importance of girls’ education so that all the girls are enrolled in the school.

Two day Readiness Programme

  • Two day Readiness Programmes: Date: 01-06-2022 to 02-06-2022.
  • Prepare a plan to convene a meeting with all the officers of concerned departments under the Chairmanship of the District Collector.
  • This is to ensure coordination and participation of the concerned officers to make the Badi Bata Programme successful at field level.
  • To participate in the day-to-day activities of Badi Bata, a plan is to be prepared by contacting the Hon’ble District Ministers, Members of Parliament, Members of the Legislature, Members of the Legislative Council, Chairpersons of the Zilla Parishad, local public representatives, NGOs and Teacher Unions.
  • On the first day of the programme, it is to be planned for the participation of honourable District Ministers, Members of Parliament, Members of the Legislative Assembly, Members of the Legislative Council, Zilla Parishad chairpersons and local representatives in their respective constituencies.
  • Design an action plan to cover all the habitats.

Conduct a Meeting

Headmaster should conduct a meeting with SMC, parents and teachers and explain the facilities provided by Government, specialties of the school, results, infrastructure, Mid-Day Meals, free textbooks, free uniforms, SC / ST scholarships. As per the G.O. 4, Date:03.02.2022, Government plan to develop all the MP and ZP schools by providing complete infrastructure with Rs.7289.54 crores in the next 3 years. The programme has commenced in 35% of schools i.e. 9123 under Phase-I in 2021-22. Similarly, Government has permitted to introduce English medium for classes I to VIII in 2022-23.

Teachers working in Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools are being trained face to face and online (blended mode) to enable them to teach in English medium. All the Headmasters should prepare pamphlets and banners with the comprehensive details of the facilities and specialties of their schools. They should conduct house to house canvassing programme with the help of former students, community and Gram Panchayat. They should strive to increase the enrollment through Badi Bata rallies. They should conduct the Badi Bata successfully with the help of all the categories of people in the village.

  • Identify school aged and out of school children with the help of women Self Help Groups (SHGs) and to design an action plan to enroll these children into Government Schools.
  • Identify the long absentees and prepare an action plan to make them attend the school regularly. The Headmaster should take the help of women Self Help Groups (SHGs) and School Management Committees (SMCs).
  • Conduct a special meeting inviting parents, SMC members, Women self-help groups on the last day of Badi Bata to felicitate the students of class X who achieved the highest GPA and their parents. Also, the students with highest percentage of attendance would be identified class wise and felicitated.
  • Special care should be taken to ensure that the school premises, classrooms, toilets, drinking water, electricity, digital classrooms, library, laboratory, etc. are all in use by the time the school reopening day.
  • As part of the Action Plan, the school should be whitewashed with community support as part of the school development plan. Registers and Records should be kept ready for the academic year 2022-23.
  • Mandal education officers and headmasters should plan for identification of out of school children and also the dropouts to re-enroll them in government schools.
  • Appropriate action plan should be prepared to increase the number of students in government schools considerably. (22) A Badi Bata desk should be duly set up at the District, Mandal and School levels and appoints an in-charge to report on a daily basis the list of registered children to the Badi Bata desk at the state level. An officer should be appointed at the district level to register details of Badi Bata online.
  • A special Badi Bata desk should be set up for KGBVs and URS at the district level to inform the details of the students enrolled in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya and Urban Residential Schools.
  • The list of students that are eligible to be enrolled in the schools is to be kept ready and a door to door campaign from 07.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. every day with Headmasters, Teachers and School Management Committee should be planned. (25) Prepare an appropriate action plan to identify the children with special needs (CwSN) & Out of School Children and enroll them in schools.
  • Under the guidance of the District Collector, the DEO should act as the coordinator to consult the Teacher Unions, social service organizations and the concerned departments to make the programme a success.

A Task Force Committee should be set up at the Mandal Level with the Tehsildar, Mandal Development Officer, Mandal Education Officer, Assistant Labour Officer, NGOs, Girl Child Welfare Supervisors and Cluster Resource Persons. The main responsibility of this task force committee is to prepare a plan to see that there is no child labour in all residential areas. (28) All school premises should be kept clean. A plan should be prepared to plant and preserve greenery as a part of Haritha Haram programme.

Retired Teachers / Lecturers / Professors / Employees should be politely invited on the last day of the Badi Bata programme to inform them about the school needs and plan their educational services for the benefit of the school.

Badi Bata Programs 2022

  1. Programs to be conducted from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every day in Badi Bata.
  2. Conduct house to house survey in all the habitats. Conduct rallies and distribute pamphlets.
  3. Identify school aged children and enroll them in schools. c) Provide text books and uniforms to the enrolled students.
  4. Explain the specialties of school to the parents (as mentioned in serial number.
  5. Ensure the participation of people representatives and parents in day-to-day programmes.
  6. Readiness Programmes are be conducted to children to create interest towards school and education.
  7. Update the Village Education Register (VER).
  8. Identify the Children with Special Needs (CwSN) and enroll them in Bhavita Centres.
  9. Release the child labours and enroll them in Government Schools.
  10. Identify the out of school children and enroll them in schools.
  11. Inform the details of Badi Bata program (children enrolled, peoples representative participated etc.) to the district Badi Bata desk through Mandal Education Officer by 3:00 p.m. every day.
  12. Badi Bata programs should be conducted following COVID-19 protocol.

Details of day-wise priority programmes 2022

13-06-2022 – Day 1 Mana Ooru Mana Badi / Mana Basti Mana Badi

  • Conduct day to day programs as mentioned in serial number 30.
  • Decorate the schools attractively so that the people in the habitats can recognise the importance of Badi Bata. Conduct rallies and distribute pamphlets.
  • Conduct a parent meeting and explain the details of infrastructure provided for the convenience of the students under Mana Ooru Mana Badi/Mana Basti Mana Badi by the state government with an expected expenditure of rupees 7289.54 crores.
  • Explain the details of facilities sanctioned to the school under this program. Request the School Management Committee to cooperate to complete the works at a fast pace and also with quality.
  • Elaborate the methods and facilities provided to achieve the quality education in Parents meeting.
  • SMC and teachers should design an annual action plan for the development of the school.
  • School should be developed with the help and support of SMC members village heads, NGOs, ex-students and community.
  • Make resolutions to increase the number of students in school and to provide quality education.

14-06-2022 – Day 2: Introduction of English Medium in Schools:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Inform the parents and community about introduction of English medium in schools by State Government for the holistic development of students.
  • Explain the details of Bilingual Text Books to be provided by the State Government for the convenience of students in English Medium.
  • Inform the details of English Medium Training programs conducted by State Government to strengthen the teachers.

15-06-2022 – Day 3: Conduct of Parent Teacher Meeting:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30of guidelines.
  • Parent Teacher Meeting has to be conducted on 15.06.2022 in all the Schools.
  • Parents of all children including parents of new entrants are to be invited for this programme well in advance and ensure all parents attend.
  • Importance of Parents Meeting has to be explained to parents and their compulsory participation for this meeting once in a month for regular attendance of students, to know performance level of their children etc.
  • Also to discuss on academic and other development activities.
  • Parents are to be explained about the programmes / activities being taken up by the Government of Telangana for School Children such as Mana Ooru Mana Badi / Mana Basti Mana Badi, Introduction of English Medium in Schools etc.,

16-06-2022 – Day 4: Conduct of SMC Meeting:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Conduct door to door survey along with SMC members.
  • Make resolutions through SMC to ensure the attendance of all the parents to SMC meetings and parent teacher meetings.
  • Plan with the parents of out of school children to enroll them in schools.
  • Identify the migratory workers and enroll their children in schools.
  • Release the child laborers through Manda! Task Force and enroll them in schools.
  • Invite the retired Teachers, Lecturers, Professors and Employees to the school and utilize their voluntary services as per the needs of the school.
  • Preparation and implementation of School Development Plan.

17-06-2022 – Day 5: Meeting with Self Help Groups:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Meeting with all the members of Self-Help Groups has to be conducted on 17.06.2022 to take their services to ensure awareness to parents on prograrnrnes / activities taken up for School Children by the Governrnent of Telangana.
  • Self Help Groups are to be oriented on programmes / activities being taken up for School Children by the Governrnent of Telangana and their active role in educating parents and local community that the Governrnent is providing the required infrastructure facilities to Schools under Mana Ooru Mana Badi Programme, introduction of English Medium in Schools etc., to increase enrollment.
  • Self Help Groups also have to motivate parents and . local community for regular attendance of school children, avoid dropouts.
  • Enrollment of Out of School Children, enrollment of Children with Special Needs etc.,

18-06-2022 – Day 6: Girl Education & Career Guidance:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Class X and Class XII passed out students are to be invited along with their parents and they have to be properly oriented with experts in the relevant field on future career opportunities. Parents are to be motivated for continuance of higher education of their children.
  • Special Officer/Teacher of nearby Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya shall be invited for proper orientation to parents and students regarding facilities provided in KGBV Schools for the girls.
  • The girls who studied in Government Schools and settled in the profession, obtained a good rank in EAMCET and also in sports I other activities should be felicitated.
  • Special facilities provided for girls’ education in schools should be explained (martial arts, life skills, for girls with special needs Stipend etc.).
  • Invite women officers to give messages on importance of girls’ education and its importance.

19-06-2022 – Day 7: Saamoohika Aksharabhyasam

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Honorable public representatives shall be invited to the Saarnoohika Aksharabhyasa programme.
  • This should be celebrated in a festive environment.
  • Cultural programmes depicting the importance of Badi Bata and education should be conducted.
  • Ensure the attendance of newly enrolled children along with their parents.
  • Arrange the material for Aksharabhvasa.

20-06-2022 – Day 8: Swachh Patashala:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • To ensure cleanliness in all the classrooms by removing the waste material.
  • To make the school premises attractive.
  • Bring the toilets and drinking water facilities into use.
  • Water tanks must be cleaned with bleaching powder.
  • Display the subject and class wise learning outcomes in the classrooms.
  • Painting of black board, toilet cleaning, drinking water, dusting the furniture, removing waste etc.,

21-06-2022 – Day 9: Haritha Haram:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Plantation has to be taken up in coordination with concerned authorities.
  • Responsibilities of planting saplings and protecting them should be given to students and teachers so that the school oremises develop greenery.

22-06-2022 – Day 10: Enrollment of Children with Special Needs (CwSN).

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Registration of children with special needs as identified through survey.
  • Facilities provided by Samagra Shiksha for children with special needs should be utilized.
  • Efforts should be made for I 00 percent enrollment and retention.

23-06-2022 – Day 11: Conduct of Bala Sabha:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Cultural activities are to be conducted for school children on Mana Ooru Mana Badi, introduction of English Medium in Schools etc.
  • Preparation of TLM in a play way method and display at the orominent place.

24-06-2022 – Day 12: Conduct of Library Day (Reading Melas)

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Conduct of Reading Campaign by utilizing Library Books available in the Schools.
  • Reading Melas also to be organized to demonstrate the performance of children and also to inculcate reading habit among the children.
  • This activity shall be taken up effectively in coordination with department of libraries.

25-06-2022 – Day 13: Enrollment of out of School Children:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Registration of the out of school children as identified through survey • Ensure ‘that all the school aged children from all the habitats are enrolled in schools.
  • Ensure that there are no child laborers in the habitat.
  • Facilities provided by Samagra Shiksha for the out of school children be utilized.
  • Efforts should be made for 100 percent enrollment and retention.
  • Admission of Out of School Children in to regular schools.
  • Long term dropouts, never enrolled children to be enrolled in NRSTCs, URS and KGBVs.
  • Planning for starting of Special Training Centres (STCs) and other centres for the education of children of migratory families and out of school children.

26-06-2022 – Day 14: Awareness on Bilingual Textbooks:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Parents are to be explained about providing Bilingual Textbooks for the classes II to VIII by Government of Telangana as a part of introduction of English Medium in Schools to facilitate the School children.

27-06-2022 – Day 15: Digital Education:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Parents are to be explained about Digital Education being taken up as a key component under Mana Ooru Mana Badi I Mana Basti Mana Badi Prograrnrne in the identified High Schools.
  • Digital resource such as Computers/Projectors/KYans/TVs available in Schools shall be utilized to impart Digital Education. If any minor repairs are required, same may be got done utilizing available funds.

28-06-2022 – Day 16: Conduct of Maths & Science Day:

  • Conduct of activities as mentioned above at serial number 30 of guidelines.
  • Students are to be encouraged by conducting activities such as Rangoli, Quiz etc.
  • Display of Maths & Science Kits wherever supplied under Rashtriva Avishkar Abhiyan and other schemes.

Details of Badi Bata campaign (previous year)

The Badi bata campaign to improve the enrollment In way of meeting the parents and community members in the school catchment area by the Head Master, teachers and SMC Members. The Badibata campaign shall be conducted in two spells. The Badi Bata programme is conducted  in all the schools in the State. A detailed day wise programme shall be communicated shortly. All the HMs have to prepare school profile and update the Village Education Registers (VERs) immediately for conduct of Badi Bata i.e., distribution of handouts, posters, list of out of school children, child labour etc.

The Head Masters and teachers shall conduct a Campaign to get the children and improve the enrollment during Badibata. The Head Master of Primary School is responsible to take all the children of Class V and join in the nearby Upper Primary/ high School along with TCs and enroll them and see that all children get enrolled in the higher classes. The head Master of the High Schools shall receive the students along with head Master and parents and enroll the students.

The Head Master of Upper Primary schools are responsible to take all the children of Class VII / VIII and join in the nearby High Schools along with TCs and enroll them and see that all children get enrolled in the higher classes. The head Master of the High Schools shall arrange the students along with (lead Master and parents and enroll the students.

Preparation

The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad has informed that it is decided to conduct Badi bata programme and requested to prepare the following.

  1. Preparation of day wise schedule
  2. Headmaster/SMC of the school have prepared school profile highlights of the school performances and plans to improve with a request to parents to join their children in government schools
  3. Health wise activities
  4. Preparation of awareness programmes
  5. Whether Village Education Register updated as per action plan
  6. White washed schools
  7. Preparation of year wise plan 2019-2020. To submit the status reports
  8. Action taken to join Out of School Children in the KGBVs
  9. Whether any aware Orientation programmes conducted to KGBVs/ CRPs/Sectoral Officers of KGBVs
  10. Preparation of Action plan for house to house campaign by the Headmaster and teachers for the enrollment of children
  11. Action plan of School Management Committees

  18. Responsible persons for implementation of Badibata programme are DEOs/ MEOs/Sectoral Officers. As such all the Mandal Educational Officers and Special Officers of KGBVs are requested adhere the instructions and prepare the action plan on implementation of Badibata programme.

Samuhika Akshara Abhyasam Festival: The Head Master of Primary Schools and Upper Primary Schools are requested to conduct -Samuhika Akshara Abhyasam Festival in the school premises by decorating the school and inviting the parents and community members. The Head Master may arrange slates, note books, pencils etc.. to the newly enrolled children through community support. Detailed guidelines will be issued on Badi Bata from SSA.

Objectives of Badi Bata

  • Enrolment of all school age children into Schools.
  • Admission of Out of School Children into Regular Schools (Short term dropouts), RSTCs/NRSTCs – “Special Training Centers” (long term dropouts & never enrolled children) and KGBVs.
  • Mainstreaming of children from STCs / Bhavita Centers into the Regular Schools / KGBVs.
  • Discussion on School Quality and School Improvement Programmes with parents and SMC.
  • 100% transition of the school going children into the next higher classes with focus on transition of 5th, 7th and 8th class children into 6th , 8th and 9th classes respectively in nearby UP/High Schools..
  • Ensuring water, sanitation and hygiene in all schools.
  • Planning for starting of STCs and other centers for the education of children of migratory families.

Preparatory Programmes:

  1. Every HM shall prepare pamphlets on the highlights of School performances and plans to improve with a request to parents to join their children in Government School.
  2. Update the Village Education Register (VER) with name wise and no. of children in the age group of 5 to 15 with enrolled and out of school children.
  3. Preparation of School Profile with regard to achievements, results and facilities.
  4. Preparation of list of Out of School Children i.e., Never Enrolled, Dropout, Child Labour, etc. in the school catchment area.
  5. Preparing the list of enrolled children in the catchment area i.e., separately for Govt. / Local body schools, Private recognized schools, Residential schools, Model schools and KGBVs.
  6. Prepare and keep ready of School Development Plan.
  7. Completion of Registers and Records, Cumulative Records and finalization of results for the year 2019-2020.
  8. Preparing the list of class wise children who are unable to read, write and perform four basic fundamental air thematic operations based on the baseline test conducted on 3Rs during March 2019.
  9. Preparing Annual Plans and Lesson Plans for the first Unit of 2019-2020 by all teachers.
  10. Video Conference with the District Collectors, DEOs, MEOs, etc. ( Up to Mandal level) and discussion on preparedness for the conduct of Badi Bata and discussion on day wise programme.
  11. The MEOs shall prepare the list of all OSC girls, drop out girls, girls who are in danger of dropping out etc. based on the reports from the school HM shall be forwarded to the KGBV in the mandal for admission.
  12. The KGBV Special Officer and other KGBV staff shall set up an information and admission desk at the KGBV in order to give on-the-spot counseling and admission to OSC girl children.
  13. The Special Officer shall organize the KGBV Open Day for prospective children and their parents to visit the KGBV to get an understanding of the facilities available. On this day, the KGBV shall be cleaned and decorated, the work of the students such as art, craft etc. shall be prominently displayed and all staff shall be in attendance.
  14. HM and Teachers are responsible for finalization of lists of total school age children in the habitation and catchment area.
  15. House campaigns by the HM and Teachers on the enrollment of children as per the list.
  16. Preparation of list of outgoing children i.e. class V in case of Primary Schools and class VII/ VIII in case of Upper Primary Schools. Preparing the Transfer Certificates (TCs) for outgoing children.
  17. The Primary Schools Headmasters are responsible and shall take the students of class V
  18. with TCs along with him to the nearby Upper Primary/High Schools and enroll.
  19. The Upper Primary School Headmasters are responsible and shall take the students of class VII/VIII with TCs along with him to the nearby High Schools and enroll.
  20. Habitation Meeting / Gram Sabha / Ward Sabha should be organized before start of schedule and Ward member / Councilor / Corporator should be informed and requesting to participate in the Gram Sabha.

General Guidelines:

  • The regular School timings should not be disturbed due to Badi Bata and only HM should accompany the Public Representatives and Officials .
  • Conducting Habitation/GP meetings on RTE Act, to create awareness on the provisions of the Act.
  • Meeting with District Heads of Stake holder departments under the Chairmanship of the District Collector.
  • Constitution of Task Force Committee.
  • The HMs of the respective schools are to be made responsible for admitting the children of 5th, 7th and 8th class into nearest UP/High Schools without collecting entry/admission fees into any class in Govt/Aided schools.
  • DEOs and MEOs are made responsible for implementation of “Badi Bata”
  • School Complex Head Masters are responsible to monitor on conduct of day wise activities of Badi Bata in their catchment area.
  • A cell is to be opened at all the District Project Offices of SSA for monitoring the implementation of the programme.
  • Mapping of vulnerable pockets/Special Focused Groups areas with respect to dropouts, low enrolment, habitations of under privileged communities etc., may be identified in districts well-in-advance to address the issues in a focused manner.
  • Various village level organizations shall be motivated to participate in the programme.
  • Book depots shall be opened in identified schools in convergence with the Department of Libraries. “Reading Mela” shall also be organized in all schools to demonstrate the performance of children and also to inculcate reading habit among children.
  • Steps shall be taken to declare some of the villages as “Out of School Children Free” as part of Special Enrolment Drive and continue throughout the year till the completion of all villages.
  • All the Schools should observe “Green Day” and plant the trees in the School Premises.
  • The MEO and HMs of the Schools in the Mandals should approach their respective DLFOs for Green Saplings/Plants.
  • Plantation shall be taken up in schools with the help of school children, NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, DIET trainees etc.,
  • All the HMs of the schools should constitute a team with the students and teachers to take care of the plants and should see to protect and watering them.
  • Health checkups should be taken up during “Badi Bata” in convergence with Medical and Health department. Health cards shall also be issued to the children of regular schools, KGBVs, Madarsas, Special Training Centers etc.,
  • The DEO & Ex-Officio PO, Telangana SSA should effectively coordinate the activities proposed with all the Stakeholder departments/organizations like Teacher Unions & Civil Society Organizations under the leadership of the District Collector and ensure that the programme is made a grand success in the district.
  • The HMs of all the schools should ensure the class promotion of the students from the present class to the next higher class and open separate registers by enrolling them.
  • A Task Force Committee may be constituted with Tahsildar (MRO), MPDO, MEO, CRP’s, ICDS supervisor, NGO representative, Asst. Labour Commissioner. The committee shall visit the habitations and monitor the implementation of Badi Bata and help the HM and SMC in relieving child labour from employer.
  • Special Enrollment Drive (Badi Bata) Objectives of “Badi Bata Programme”/ Special Enrollment Drive Campaign
  • To take up and complete admissions for the academic year 2022-2023. So, all children in the age group of 6-14 years shall be enrolled in the TS Schools. There shall be no dropouts/ never enrolled children in any village.
    • To target the following categories of children for admission to Govt./ MPP/ ZP Primary and High Schools
    • Children completing 5 years of age in Anganwadi Centers.
    • Children completing class V in Primary School to be admitted in class VI in High Schools
    • Children in slum areas.
    • Drop Out and Out of School Children.
    • Children residing in the vicinity of Model Primary Schools.
  • To encourage the parents to admit the school aged children in TS Government school.
  • To make aware the parents and their wards studying in private schools about the benefits being provided by the Government like good infrastructure, well qualified teachers, free text books, free uniforms, Digital Class Rooms, quality teaching, English Medium option, etc. and to encourage them to seek admission in the Government Schools.

  • Additional special provisions for Children with Special Needs – Rs. 250 /- per month escort allowance, Tricycles, Hearing Aid equipment and other appliances, EYE Screening and organizing free operation, if needed, continuous training through Physiotherapy to needy children and all types of surgeries/ operations to Orthopedically challenged children.
