TSPSC Forest Beat Officers FBO Results: Telangana State Public Service Commission(TSPSC) has published the  Forest Beat Officers Recruitment 2017 notification on 15-08-2017 (notification 48/2017 dt.15.08.2017) and Applications are invited  Online from qualified candidates through the proforma Application to be made available on Commission’s WEBSITE (www.tspsc.gov.in) to the post of Forest Beat Officer in Forest Department (EFS&T) in the state of Telangana.

TSPPSC to conduct Physical and Walking Tests on 5th and 6th
The second release of the FSO and FBO posts of the Telangana State Forest Department will be conducted by Physical and Walking Tests, TSPPSC said. The list of Tests to be held at Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad on 5th and 6th at 5.30 am has been posted on the website. It said it would look at the certificates of the candidates who completed the tests.

Forest Section Officer & Forest Beat Officer Notification No. 47/2017 & 48/2017, Dt:15-08-2017: It is informed that in continuation to the result Notification Dt; 27/04/2018 on the basis of written examination held on 22/10/2017 FN & AN for the post of Forest Section Officer in Forest Department Notification No. 47/2017.

The list of Hall ticket Numbers of the candidates in the second spell who are provisionally admitted to Physical and walking tests are hosted on the Commission’s website (www.tspsc.gov.in) and the said test will be scheduled on 05/11/2018 & 06/11/2018 from 5:30 AM onwards at Nehru Zoological Park, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad. The candidates who successfully qualify in Physical and walking Tests will be called for verification of Certificates.

Note: It is hereby informed to the candidates who completed their certificate verification on the condition of attending Physical and Walking test later on (to the post of Forest Beat Officer in Forest Department vide Notification No.48/2017 in the obedience of Hon’ble High Court Orders in the W.P. No.21475, 22165, 22275) to attend Physical and walking test along with FSO second spell candidates on the same date and same venue i.e., on 06/11/2018 at Nehru Zoological Park, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.

Physical requirements (FSO & FBO):
No person shall be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment posts in the service unless he is not less than 163cms. in height, not less than 84cms. Round the chest on full inspiration and has a chest expansion of not less than 5cms. on full inspiration.

a) In the case of women candidates, they must not be less than 150cms. In height not less than 79cms. Round the chest on full inspiration and has a chest expansion of not less than 5cms. On full inspiration.

b) Provided the minimum height is relaxable by 5cms, in the case of the candidates belong to Gurkhas, Nepalese, Assamese, NAFA, Naga, Manipuri, Gauhati, Kummoni, Sikkimese, Bhutanese, and Scheduled Tribes.

c) Provided further that in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes, where the reserved quota cannot be fully utilized for want of a sufficient number of candidates possessing the requisite Physical Qualifications, the Physical standards shall not be less than 158 cm. in height and not less than 78.8 cm. round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.

TSPSC FBO Forest Beat Officers Results, Certificates verification dates: On the basis of written examination held on 29/10/2017 FN & AN for the post of Forest Beat Officer in Forest Department vide Notification No.48/2017, the provisionally admitted candidates who are qualified in Physical test and events will be called for Certificates Verification with required certificates/documents tentatively during the third week of August.

It is hereby informed that the List of Hall Tickets Numbers of the candidates provisionally admitted to Physical Test and Events for the post of Forest Beat Officer on the basis of written examination held on 29/10/2017 FN & AN is hosted on the Commission’s Website (www.tspsc.gov.in). The Physical Test and Events are scheduled from 02/07/2018 onwards at concerned Local Districts of provisionally Admitted Candidates.

Further details of the venue-wise day-wise schedule will be announced shortly. Candidates should visit the Commission’s website from time to time for updates. The candidates who successfully qualify in Physical test and events will be called for verification of certificates.

It is hereby notified that on the basis of written examination held on 29-10-2017 FN & AN to the post of Forest Beat Officer in Forest Department, the candidates with the following hall ticket numbers have been provisionally admitted to Medical, Physical Test and Events in the ratio of 1:3. The candidates who successfully qualify in the Physical Test and events will be called for verification of certificates.

The candidates may note that they were provisionally admitted for the written examination with condition that their candidature will be rejected at the time of verification if a qualification is not equivalent to the prescribed subjects as per notification.

The candidate who is admitted for the verification of Certificates are required to produce the Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazetted Officer, relating to Age, Qualifications Community (Integrated), Latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2009,

Government of Telangana, Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department, Dt:18/12/2015 (prescribed format hosted on Commission’s website), Certificates relating to claim of age relaxation, Study (from 4th class to 10th class), Agency area certificates (For ST candidates only) basic information data (Check List(1set), attestation forms (2 sets) and if any, at the time of verification of documents, failing which, they will not be admitted in subsequent process of selection. In terms of the notification, the candidates should possess the requisite qualifications as on the date of notification i.e. 15-08-2017.

As per the Notification, “The post of F.B.O is 100% reserved in Scheduled/Agency areas for local ST’s only”. In this regard, the ST Candidates in Agency areas should produce local area certificate issued by the concerned Tahsildar/ Mandal Revenue Officer as a criterion for admitting local candidature.

The Schedule for Physical Test and Events starts on 02/07/2018 onwards at concerned Local Dist., of the provisionally admitted candidates. The dates for verification of certificates will be announced later. Meanwhile, the candidates are requested to obtain and keep ready all the certificates as mentioned in the Notification.

If on further Verification, it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Check List / Certificates, the results of such candidate/candidates shall be canceled at any stage of the selection process.

The final selection will be based on the marks secured in the exam after duly giving weightage to the National Cadet Corps (NCC) certificate holders as per rules. TSPSC has conducted a written examination for the Notification No.48/2017 TSPSC Forest Beat Officers(FBO) Recruitment on 29/10/2017. The Preliminary Keys of these exams will be available on the TSPSC website from 16-11-2017. Notification 48/2017 Hall Tickets can be downloaded 07 days before the commencement of Examination.  TSPSC Forest Beat Officers exam 2017 admit card: Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is expected to issue the admit card for the exam to recruit approximately 1,857 Forest Beat Officers in the Forest Department (EFS&T) of the state on its official website soon.

The online objective type examination is likely to be held on October 29, 2017. According to the notification for the exam, the hall tickets will be available for download a week before the examination.

Steps to download the admit card:

TSPSC 1857 Forest Beat Officers Recruitment:

Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has recently issued a notification for the recruitment of approximately 1,857 Forest Beat Officers in the Forest Department (EFS&T) of the state on its official website. Interested candidates need to apply online for the examination (objective test) that is likely to be held on October 29, 2017. The application process begins on August 21 and will close on September 12, 2017. The hall ticket for the examination will be available for download a week before the commencement of the examination.

A candidate applying for the examination should be of a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 31 years as of July 1, 2017. There is age relaxation for SCs, STs, BCs and some other category of candidates. WALKING TEST:

  • The candidates selected in the First Step i.e, Written
  • Examination shall be subjected to the test of walking.
  • In the case of male candidates, a distance of 25 KM walking is to be completed in 4 hours duration.
  • In the case of woman candidates, a distance of 16 KM is to be completed in 4 hours duration.
  • The walking test is only a physical endurance test and shall not carry any marks. It is treated as a qualifying test.

Note:
Weightage shall be given to NCC candidates having requisite qualifications, physical measurements at the time of selection as follows
NCC – “C” Certificate holder – 5 bonus marks.
NCC – “B” Certificate holder – 3 bonus marks.
NCC – “ A” Certificate holder – 1 bonus mark

Age limit:

  • Minimum 18 years & Maximum 31 years as on 01.07.2017. The upper age limit for the candidate belonging to SC / ST and BC candidates is 35 years as on 01.07.2017.
  • Minimum Age (18 years): A Candidate should not be born after 01/07/1999.
  • Maximum Age (31 years): A candidate should not be born before 02/07/1986.
  • The Upper Age limit will be relaxed as per Rules and will be calculated on the above lines. N.B.: 1) No person shall be eligible if he/she is less than 18 years of age.
  • No person shall be eligible if he/she crossed 58 years of age (Superannuation age).

Fee:
a)FEE: (Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (RUPEES TWO HUNDRED ONLY) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay RS. 80/- (RUPEES EIGHTY ONLY) towards Examination Fee.

However, the following category of candidates is exempted from payment of Examination fee.

a)  SC, ST & BC candidates of Telangana State
b)  Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 31 years of Telangana State (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed).
c)  Ex-servicemen

N.B.:- BC’s, SC’s and ST’s belonging to other states are not exempted from payment of Application processing Fee and Examination Fee and they are not entitled to any kind of reservation.

b) Mode of Payment of Fee:

  • The  Fee mentioned at  Para-I(6)(a) is to be paid online through SBI ePay duly following online instructions once the application form details are submitted by filling TSPSC ID, date of birth and other particulars.
  • The fee once remitted, shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee,  application fee, wherever applicable will entail total rejection of the application.
  • The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee is given in  ANNEXURE – II.

Steps to apply for the exam:

1) Read the user guide for online submission of applications
2) Visit the official TSPSC website and fill the One-time registration (OTR) application if not registered earlier to obtain TSPSC ID
3) Visit the official website again to submit an application and click on the link with notification number and name, provide TSPSC ID and date of birth
4) Verify the details displayed and click on ‘yes’ to confirm if details are not displayed or need to be changed click on ‘no’ and feed the details manually
5) Upload the required documents
6) Fill notification specific details such as examination center opted, required qualification, university details, eligibility and accept declarations carefully
7) Preview the form and edit if required
8) Submit
9) You will be taken to the payment gateway of SBI ePay
10) Pay the prescribed fee
11) PDF application will be generated which contains the particulars furnished by the candidates.

Note: The ID No in the PDF application form has to be quoted for future reference/correspondence.

HOW TO APPLY:

A) HOW TO UPLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM:
(i) The Applicants have to read the  User Guide for Online Submission of Applications and then proceed further.

I Step: The Candidate has to visit the WEBSITE http://www.tspsc.gov.in  and fill the OTR application if not registered earlier to obtain TSPSC ID. While filling the same, the candidates have to ensure that there are no mistakes in it. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates.

II  STEP: The candidates have to visit the website http://www.tspsc.gov.in  to submit Application and Click on the Link with Notification Number and Name, provide TSPSC ID and Date of Birth to proceed further. Candidate has to verify the details fetched from various databases pertaining to qualification, caste, Aadhar, etc and displayed on the screen. If the displayed details are correct he/she has to click Yes on the confirm button.

If any details are not displayed or need to be changed, he/she should click No on the confirm button. If details are not displayed a text box will open and the candidate has to feed the details manually.

Required documents have to be uploaded by clicking the upload button. In addition to the details obtained from the OTR database, Notification specific details such as Examination Centre opted, required qualification, university details, eligibility and accepting declarations, etc. are to be filled by the candidate. Preview and Edit facility is available to make changes and submit for proceeding to the Next step of making online payment of a fee.

III STEP:-Immediately on entering the above details, the applicant will get payment gateway of SBI ePay.
IV STEP:-The applicant should pay the prescribed fee as specified through any of the four modes of payment online. Separate instructions have to be followed for each mode of payment.

V STEP:-After payment of fee, the PDF Application will be generated which contains the particulars furnished by the candidates. The ID No in the PDF Application form has to be quoted for future reference/correspondence.
i)   The candidate shall note that the details available with the OTR database at the time of submitting the application will be considered for the purpose of this notification. If, any changes are made by the candidate to the OTR database at a later date will not be considered for the purpose of this Notification.
ii) Handwritten/ Typed/ Photostat copies/ outside the printed Application Form will not be accepted and liable for rejection.
iii) The applicants should be willing to serve anywhere in Telangana State.
