TSPSC has released today the results for 909 vacancies of Teacher Recruitment Test-Secondary Grade Teacher (English Medium) (Notification No:53/2017). TSPSC has earlier announced the results, however incompliance with the directions of Hon’ble High Court in Writ Appeal No.419 of-2023 in W.P Nos. 8679, 14343, 15052 and 15698 of-2023 dated 30-08-2019, relinquishment were obtained and selection list is announced today.
Out of 909 vacancies notified, the selection list of 843 candidates is released today. The result for 5 vacancies is withheld due to Court cases. The results for 39 PH vacancies will be announced later, on receipt of interchangeability among the PH categories from Education Department.
Further the result for 21 vacancies is withheld due to Court cases and confirmation of Agency claims. Also one vacancy remained unfilled due to non availability of eligible candidate. Nos. 8679, 14343, 15052 & 15698 of-2023 dated 30/08/2019) after seeking relinquishment from the candidates who were selected in selection notification Dt 31.12.2018, 10/01/2019 & 01/03/2019., a fresh Selection has been done for Direct Recruitment (General) to the post of Secondary Grade TeacherEnglish Medium superceding the selection Notifications Dt 31.12.2018, 10/01/2019 & 01/03/2019. 843 candidates with the Hall Ticket Numbers listed here under are provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher- English Medium on the basis of OMR/CBRT Examinations held on 25/02/2018. The selections are published here-with subject to the following conditions.
1) That success in the Examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as the case may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to his/her character and antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
2) That the candidates are found physically fit for the post.
3) That the candidates should produce such original certificates as required in accordance with the Rules / Notification.
If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or Commission of any candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and they will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection. TSPSC Web Note:(01-07-2019) : The result of some candidates was withheld in terms of Rule 3(xii) of Rules of Procedure of TSPSC on grounds of misconduct towards Hon’ble Chairman and Members of the Commission by way of making provocative, pressurizing, abusive calls and making audio recordings, misusing communication facilities & social media. The Commission after thorough examination has decided to initiate disciplinary action according to Rules of Procedure of TSPSC.
Therefore, the Commission has examined the entire issue in detail and taking into account the written undertaking submitted by the individuals that they committed the offence for the first time and will not resort to such mistake in future, it is decided to release the result which was withheld on 04/04/2019 with the punishment i.e., debarred by the Commission from appearing in all the recruitment examinations, including Departmental Examination to be conducted by TSPSC, for a period of one year w.e.f. 27/05/2019.

TSPSC TRT SGT Telugu Medium Result of Selected Candidates Kept Under Withheld: In continuation to the provisional list of selected candidates to the Post of Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu Medium) notified vide Notification No.53/2017 for a total no. of 3786 vacancies in School Education Department, published vide Selection notification Dt 04.04.2019, 29.04.2019, 03.05.2019, 16.05.2019 & 27.05.2019.The result of following candidates was kept withheld in the result notification Dt: 04/04/2019, in terms of Rule 3(xii) of Rules of Procedure of TSPSC on grounds of misconduct towards Hon’ble Chairman and Members of the Commission by way of making provocative, pressurizing, abusive calls and making audio recordings, misusing communication facilities & social media.

Accordingly, the Commission has examined the entire issue in detail and taking into account the written undertaking submitted by the individuals that they committed the offence for the first time and will not resort to such mistake in future, the Commission is now releasing the result which was withheld on 10/05/2019 and 29/05/2019.
The candidate with the Hall Ticket number 1753146875 is hereby debarred by the Commission from appearing in all the recruitment examinations, including Departmental Examination to be conducted by TSPSC, for a period of one-year w.e.f. 27/05/2019. Therefore, the results of the candidates are provisionally released for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher – Telugu medium vide notification no.53/2017, Dated 21.10.2017. This fact is being intimated to the Unit Officers concerned for recording the same in the Service Register of the individual with red pen.
The selection is subject to the following conditions

7) In compliance with the orders of Hon’ble High Court in WP No.31426 of 2018 & 31423 of 2018, the selection of ST candidates those who submitted Agency area certificate, is subject to receipt of final report of the appointing authority in terms of G.O Ms. No.24, TW(LTR), dated:12.06.2018.
8) In compliance of Hon’ble High Court orders in W.P. No.27211 and 44467 of 2018 an expert committee was constituted to examine the disputed questions numbering 14(Fourteen) and report was submitted to the Commission based on which no more changes were made in the General Ranking List already published by the Commission.
9) Based on orders of the Hon’ble High Court IA No.192 of 2018 in W.P No. 5017 of 2018, IA No. 1 of 2018 in W.P No.9888 of 2018 and IA no. 1 of 2018 in W.P No. 32136 of 2018. The revised PH (Differently abled) vacancy position along with interchangeability of PH categories according to rules will be notified. Thereafter Selection of candidates to posts earmarked for PH candidates will be processed

TSPSC Web Note: TSPSC informed that an Experts’ Committee consisting of 9 academicians was constituted in compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble High Court dt: 21/02/2019 in WP No.27211/2018 and 44467/2018, to re-examine the disputed questions pertaining to the written exam conducted for recruitment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu Medium) vide notification no.53/2017. A meeting was held on 05/03/209 and the disputed questions (14) were referred to the Experts’ Committee.
The Experts’ Committee re-examined all the 14 disputed questions (Q.Nos 13, 88, 98, 116, 117, 118, 125, 132, 133, 135, 136, 149, 154 & 160 of Series-A) keeping in view of the material submitted by the petitioners. After thorough examination of the evidences submitted by the petitioners and also by the Commission, on referring the standard / authentic sources, the Committee has resolved that no changes are necessitated and the Corrected Final Key published by the Commission is correct.
Therefore the candidates may note that the Corrected Final Key pertaining to Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu Medium), vide notification no.53/2017 which was published by the TSPSC on the website www.tspsc.gov.in on 29/05/2018 holds good.

The selection is subject to the following conditions
