TS Social Welfare Society has released TSWREIS CRO Recruitment 2023 notification on its website. The Society is inviting online applications from the eligible and interested candidates for filling up of Community Relation Officers under Department of Alumni Relations (DAR), TSWREIS.

Qualifications: Any Graduate who is well-versed in English, Telugu and Hindi and has the experience working with communities (graduates with specialization of Social Work are preferred).

Nature of Job: It is designed for a dedicated youth, who are willing to serve for the cause of upliftment and empowering the marginalized communities through the outreach activities extended by the DAR, TSWREIS to bring awareness about various courses available in the Gurukulas from 5th grade to Post Graduation, identifying the poor/ semi-orphans, orphans, and coordinate with and ensure their admission into TSWREIS.

CROs coordinate with the Schools and Colleges for the wellbeing of children and work like a communication channels between Institutions and Children. CROs play a crucial role in bridging between Regional Coordinating Officers, Principals and Parents across the communities.

The DAR conducts various welfare, employment, entrepreneur and empowerment activities to the alumni. The CRO should constantly work with various NGOs, identify the parents/youth/people who need support and ensure to continuously follow up until they complete the program (education, employment and entrepreneurship).

Other programmes of DAR include Future Parenting, Ignite, Wall of fame, Summer Sammurai Camp, Chinnarula Halchal, Amma Nana Halchal, Bharth Dharashan, Lectures of Life, Felicitation to merit students etc., as per the direction of the society Head office.
