Key dates for YVUCET 2020 (Not Official)
1. Commencement of Online Application forms: 23-03-2020
2. The last date for Online Registration without fine is 06-05-2020. (Fee: Rs.500)
3. Online Registration with Late fee: 07-05-2020 to 13-05-2020
Fee: Rs.1000 (Rs.500 + Late Fee of Rs.500)
4. Last date for uploading online application form: 14-05-2020.
Online Application form filling process:
1. The application should be submitted only ONLINE at the website www.yvudoa.in by registering the name and other details. A Helpline number 9705812613 is available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on all working days.
2. A separate registration is required for each test.
3. Steps for online registration:
a. Read the eligibility conditions for the test to be taken (E.g. Test 01-Advanced Sciences)
b. Go to the website www.yvudoa.in and click the online registration button/link. c. Select the test from the list.
d. Fill in the name, address, and other details and press the submit button. e. It will redirect you to the payment screen.
f. Payment for the application is only through online by Debit/Credit/SBI payment gateway (DOA Account number: 35646731595).
4. Steps for filling online Application:
a) The filling of the online application form is allowed only after the authorization of your payment.
b) Now get ready with scanned passport size photo and scanned signature separately with not more than 150KB each in JPEG/ JPG format only.
c) Upload your scanned passport size photo and scanned signature.
d) Click the preview button to confirm the details. If any correction is needed, press the back button and edit the data.
e) Press the Save & Print button to get a printout. It is not possible to modify the data after Save& Print.
f) Take two copies of the printout of your application. Paste a recent passport size photo (identical to the photo that used for scanning) in the space provided in the printout and to be attested by a Gazetted officer and one print out of the application should be submitted at the time of entrance examination at the examination hall.
g) Preserve one printout of your online application along with a copy of the Hall Ticket with you for future reference until admissions are over.
