Health Cards are available for downloading at Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust Web Portal. Andhra Pradesh Pensioners who have registered at EHS Andhra Pradesh Web Portal can check details and download their Health Card at AP Employees Health Scheme Website Login Section by login credentials.

Employees Health Scheme AP (EHS AP) is formulated to provide cashless treatment to the pensioners of the Andhra Pradesh State Government and their dependent family members,
which will ipso facto replace the existing medical reimbursement system under the ‘Andhra Pradesh Integrated medical Attendance Rules, 1972 (APIMA Rules, 1972)’, with additional benefits such as post-operative care and treatment of Chronic diseases, which do not require hospitalization and treatment in empanelled Hospitals.

AP Pensioners Health Card
The Andhra Pradesh state government has launched the AP EHS Pensioner Health Card for government pensioners and their families.

EHS AP Pensioner Health Card Download
Government pensioners can download the EHS AP Pensioner Health Card from the Employee Health Scheme website of Andhra Pradesh State by using login details. To download pensioner health cards follow the given steps.
1. Visit the official Website
Pensioners need to visit the official website of Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, https://ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in/.
2. Click on EHS
Once you reach the official website, click on the Schemes link and after click on the EHS tab on the home page.
3. Click on Get Your Health Card
After clicking on the EHS tab, a new web page will be appeared. On this web page, search for Get you health card and click on the download now button.
4. Enter Login details
After clicking on that button, a new EHS Health Card login web page will be opened. Enter login details in the required fields and select the pensioners as login type and click on the login button.
5. Click on Download Health Card link
After login the website, you need to click on the Download Health Card Button. Again click on the Click Here to download health card link.
6. Download Health Card
After clicking on that link, list of Health cards of you and your family members will be displayed. Now, download health card, take a print it and preserve it for future reference.
EHS AP Health Cards
In order to enable the beneficiaries quick access under the scheme, health cards will be issued soon after the receipt of information form Finance dept by Andhra Pradesh YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.
Health cards will be generated in the log-ins of the applicants at EHS Health Card login web portal. These digital cards can be printed out and laminated by the applicants, on their own, through internet.
Alternatively the beneficiaries can obtain a laminated health card from any Mee Seva Centre at a cost fixed by Director ESD, IT & C Department, which does not exceed Rs.25/- per card.
All beneficiaries who receive EHS Health card will be eligible to avail treatment in the empanelled hospitals. To start with, the hospitals empanelled by YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust AP are available on website (https://ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in/ehs).
AP EHS Pensioner Health Card Download
Download Permanent AP EHS Pensioner Health Card (Smart Health Card) at www.ehs.ap.gov.in/EHSAP Web Portal. AP Pensioner Health Cards are available for downloading for using of Unlimited Cashless Treatment in listed hospitals.
Smart Health Cards: The government has decided to issue new smart health cards to employees and pensioners.
Dr YSR Arogyasree Healthcare Trust will issue these new smart cards. YSR Health Shri CEO suggested that in order to make changes and additions to these smart cards with QR code, one has to log in to the portal and update.
After logging in with the user ID and password, an option called Edit Card Details will appear. With its help the details can be corrected. There is a deadline of seven days to make changes and additions to the health card.
Employees and pensioners should take advantage of this opportunity and make changes and additions.
AP Pensioner who had already applied for health cards, now they can download them at EHS Web Portal. Who had not applied their details yet at EHS Web Site, no need to submit their details? Their details already submitted by concerned DDOs. So, no necessary to upload their details.
Now, Pensioners should have their user id (that means employee STO ID) and password for downloading their health cards. If you forgot it, no need to worry. You can go to the “forgot to password” section. In this section, you will receive a new password and use it to log in to the website.
