Due to many circumstances that held recently in Telangana state i.e., separation of states, employees etc., there is a delay on recruitment of all posts. So, major posts are vacant and now it’s the time to recruit them according to priority.
After a long fight our dream came true, we have got our separate state. We have faced many and did not get proper power/authority, good positions for their studies and experience every time we were neglected.
40, 39, the countdown starts, un-employees now you can have a job. Where you can settle in your life. Job is such important where a family can lead their life by their salary. Here there are two types of jobs, one is the govt sector and the other is the Private sector.
Most of the youth and their parents will be interested in govt jobs only. To earn a govt job is not so easy. Through hard work, we can achieve it. But some members failures to achieve the job within the age limit.
Please keep in mind that ‘youth’ tries a lot, struggles hard to get prominent place in the society, which that acquires through a job. They are not such excited after acquiring that job, please. Fight against corruption. Do not bribe which these takes our state in to brighter future.
These two actions make that society respects our state. Then there will be a right meaning for acquiring separate state. So, please work hard get job and join your hands and be a part of BANGARU TELANGANA.
So, Don’t worry you can get the job of your choice but wait with patience because it may take some time but recruitment is compulsory, in the new state due to some adjustments recruitment is late. Let’s take a look at some of the key factors that help candidates’ preparation to be fruitful
Long-term preparedness: Only when the preparation is continued on a long-term basis will the intended goal be reached. Many candidates then resort to some coaching center and think that they can study two to three months before the exam. Will do as well. At least one year for Group-1 exam, 9 months for Group-2, six to nine months for DSC, SI, Police exams requires full preparation. Other exams also have the potential to reach the desired goal only after spending at least six months
Guidance: With proper guidance from those who have experience in competitive exams the effort will be reduced and time will come together. Those who have passed these exams in the past are more likely to benefit from coaching centers that deal with business orientation. Such guidance helps to move forward constructively in overcoming obstacles and minimizing mistakes. Candidates should make all the necessary arrangements and start the work.
Focus on one job: More than one notification is likely in the coming days. It makes sense to put aside the belief that ‘four stones can make something stick’ and focus entirely on a job notification. It is also the most needed in the current competition.
TET qualified person can write DSC. In the same case the SI of Police may compete. Tests like Group-2, Group-1 can also be written. No matter how many rational ideas it may be, let’s face it all together whether there are multiple possibilities like this.
Exactly what job opportunities are available, depending on the vacancies and the competition, should be properly assessed and fully focused on. In the same context it is very necessary to fully evaluate whether the competition has the desired capabilities or not.
Competitiveness: Academic study methods should be abandoned. The philosophy of competitive examinations must be properly understood. Good marks always come if you hold on to the information contained in the academic books almost in the academic exams.
The reason is that the questions are based on the academic book itself. So even those who excel in those exams get good marks. Competitive exams, however, have a broad syllabus but do not consistently read the same books. So the risk is greater than the gain if we base ourselves entirely on something that someone has recommended.
Awareness should be developed along with conceptual study on various topics in the given syllabus. Only then will you be able to give definite answers to any kind of questions that come up in the exams. In order to develop emotionally in the syllabus, school books as well as PG level books on certain subjects need to be read.
Prepare Mains in advance: Some objective exams also have prelims and mains stages. For example in Andhra Pradesh there are prelims and mains for SI of Police, Group-2, Panchayat Secretary posts. Some tests in Telangana are similar. In such cases it is a wise decision for the candidates to focus on the main syllabus in advance and prepare extensively. The tendency to ‘read the syllabus in depth at that level if the prelims pass’ is not a good one. Prelims are much easier if you prepare the mains in advance!
Hold on to the subject: Junior, degree, polytechnic lecturers, engineering jobs are mainly due to the success of their subject. Therefore it is necessary to have a full grasp of the subject in advance. Then focus on General Studies. General Studies is a combination of subjects with a large scope. It is important to focus in advance on some of the topics selected. So that the candidate gets an accurate score. Then it is enough to focus on the rest.
Making own notes: Preparation of own notes is a very important aspect for exams like Group-1, 2. Candidates have multiple advantages in these exams as they can read information from different books in one go. So it is better to take the time to make your own notes in this way before the notification arrives.
In an exam like DSC, however, the questions come from the textbooks prescribed in the syllabus. So it is highly beneficial to read limited to those books. Depending on the test chosen, there is a tendency and method to be prepared. Therefore proper precautions should be taken.
Priority order: Some of the papers are scoring in the exams related to each job. Are with difficulty. Preparation will be easier if you focus on such things first. Divisions like General English, Arithmetic, Logical Reasoning are the main factors to be successful in the SI of Police examination.
Psychology, methodology, philosophy etc. in an exam like DSC will determine the final result of the candidate. This will make the journey easier by observing the core topics of each competitive exam and focusing on them first. So if you consult the veterans and plan on what to focus on in advance, and then focus on what, there is no doubt that it will give you the ultimate success.
