Regional Institute of English, South India Bangalore is providing 30 Days CELT English Language Training Certificate Course 2023 for Teachers who are working in Government School in States across India.
RIESI will send the notification, eligibility criteria and English Language Training Certificate Courses Details to all SCERTs in India. All State SCERTs and DEOs would Identify the English Teachers to attend English Language Training or 30 Days Certificate Course in English Language Teaching for Secondary School Teacher/Teacher Trainers at Bangalore.
Telangana SCERT Proceedings Subject as follows: SCERT Telangana has informed to all the DEOs that Regional Institute of English, South India, Jnanabharathi Campus, Bengaluru is going to conduct 30-days online Certificate Course in English Language Teaching for Primary and High School Teachers/ Teacher Trainers from 22 Aug to 20 Sep through online in Telangana State.

In this regard TS SCERT is requested to identify Primary and 3 High School Teachers/ Teacher Trainers from each district and send the list of the identified teacher/ Teacher trainees as er the Proforma given below to this office for further communication.

The criteria for selection of Primary/ High School Teachers/Teacher trainers:
- Is willing to undergo this training and would serve as a teacher trainer in the department
- Suitable representation may be given to women, SC/ST/OBC categories.
- Newly recruited teachers may be given preference for undergoing the training.
- Those teachers who have undergone the 90/30-day RIESI training and the same 30-day training are not eligible.
- Should be below the age of 50 years.
- Should have internet facility and an appropriate device.
The selected list of teachers should reach to the O/o of SCERT, Hyderabad on or before 10-07-2021. They are expected to take precautions in selection of teachers according to the criteria mentioned in the proceedings.

As per the SCERT Proceedings, District Educational Officers shall identify and depute Teachers / Trainers from different districts who are teaching English at the School level as criteria to RIESI Bangalore to attend the 30-day CELT Programme at Jnanabhrathi Campus of Bangalore University, RIESI, Bangalore.
The selected participants should report at RIESI, Bangalore by 9.30 am on the notified date at the venue without fail. –
