WJHS AP Journalist Health Card Download
Working journalist can download the WJHS AP Journalist Health Card from the Working Journalist Health Scheme website of Andhra Pradesh State by using login details. To download journalist health cards follow the given steps.
- Visit the ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in Website
Journalist need to visit the official website of Journalists Health Scheme, https://jhs.telangana.gov.in/.
- Click on Sign In tab
Once you reach the official website, click on the Sign in tab. Then, a new sign in web page will be opened.
- Click on Journalist Login
On the sign in web page, click on the Journalist Login link at the WJHS section.
- Enter Login details
After clicking on that link, a new WJHS Health Card login web page will be opened. Enter login details in the required fields and click on the login button.
- Click on Download Health Card link
After login the website, you need to click on the Download Health Card Button. Again click on the Click Here to download health card link.
- Download Health Card
After clicking on that link, list of Health cards of you and your family members will be displayed. Now, download health card, take a print it and preserve it for future reference.
AP WJHS Enrollment
- Journalist should contact respective DPRO (District Public Relations Officer) and share the relevant www.wjhs.ap.gov.in with login credentials.
- Click on Registration → Add Journalist to Scheme (incase the journalist is not yet enrolled into Working Journalist Health Scheme).
- On clicking ‘adding journalist to scheme’, a page will be displayed where the user has a provision to enter first name and last name along with which the user has to select the department, designation and district from the dropdown box provided.
- Once mandatory fields are entered, the user needs to click on ‘submit’ button. click here click here details for registration into the scheme. After which DPRO should login into the portal.
- On clicking ‘submit’ , a message ‘Journalist Code: KDP1 Created Successfully’ will pop up.
- Once the journalist login details are created, the user should navigate to ‘add basic details of accredited journalist’ menu as shown in screen shot 5. Registration → Add Basic Details of Accredited Journalist.
- On clicking ‘add basic details of accredited journalist’ , a page will be displayed where the user needs to check the appropriate journalist ID and then clicks on ‘upload details’ as shown in screen shot.
- On clicking ‘upload details for registration’, the page will navigate to ‘registration form’ onto which journalist ID, name and location of the journalist will be auto populated.
- Here the user now has a provision to fill the personal details, working details, identification details, address for correspondence and add attachments if any., After entering all the mandatory fields, the user should ‘save’ the details.
- After entering all the mandatory fields, the user has provision to click on ‘add details of family members’ to add the beneficiary details.
- On clicking ‘save family member details’, a message ‘family member details added successfully’ will pop up.
- Once all the mandatory fields like personal details, working details, identification details, address for correspondence, family member details are added, the user now clicks on ‘SAVE’ button onto which a message ‘saved successfully’ will pop up.
- On saving the details, the user now has a provision to ‘submit application’.
- On submitting the application, a message ‘ application for health card has been submitted and it is pending with I&PR department for approval’.
