TSCHE issued the TG EdCET 2025 notification and online applications are invited from the eligible candidates through online mode up to deadline.

Simple to steps provided here for how to apply TG EdCET. Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TG EdCET) will be conducted every year by the Osmania University, Hyderabad. TSCHE has released the Entrance Tests Revised Schedule in Telangana State.
Education Department would conduct all the TS CETs as per the following revised dates. This year, all the entrance exams would be conducted online mode.
TG EdCET for admission into B.Ed (Two years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Telangana State for the academic year. TG EdCET will be conducted on July 26, 27.
Applications should be submitted through ONLINE mode only. The Registration fee for online submission and late fee, if applicable, may be paid at TS Online / AP Online Centers and also through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking).

Eligibility for TG EdCET
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for TS Ed.CET (CBT) for admission into 2-year B.Ed Course. i. The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
The candidate should satisfy local /non- local Status requirements as laid down in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974, as subsequently amended.
ii. Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have passed or appeared for qualifying examination. (a) In any Bachelors Degree i.e., B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), BCA, BBM/BBA or in the Master’s Degree, securing at least 50% aggregate marks. (b) Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with Specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% aggregate marks or
(c) Any other qualification equivalent thereto. (d) However, for candidates belonging to the reserved categories Viz., SC/ ST/ BC and other reserved categories should have secured 40% Marks in the qualifying examination.
(e) The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for TS Ed.CET. Note: As per the GO MS No:13 dated. 27/5/2017,
the Candidates possessing MBBS/ BSC (AG) / BVSC/ BHMT/ B.Pharm and such other professional and job oriented degree courses Viz., LLB are not eligible for admission into B.Ed Course. (f) Candidates possessing a Master Degree without having undertaken undergraduate study are not eligible for admission.
iii. Age limit: The candidate should have completed the age of 19 years as on 1st July of the year in which notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.

How to Submit TG EdCET Online Application 2025?
Students who want to apply for the TG EdCET, can check details and submit online application form at https://edcet.tsche.ac.in with required documents and necessary details. Student must submit the application online only. For online submissions, students should follow the given simple steps.
- On your Internet Browser type the website address https://edcet.tsche.ac.in, press Enter button and you will see the website displayed on the computer screen.
- Once you reach the official website, click on the Application Fee Payment button as shown in the home page. After clicking on it, a new Payment Verification web page will appear on the screen.
- Fill in all the mandatory details in the respective fields of the Fee Payment form and Click on the Proceed to Payment button. After clicking on it, the Payment web page will appear.
- After filling in the mandatory details, the control will lead you to the Bank Payment Gateway web page, and click on the Make Payment button.
- The confirmation of successful payment of the Registration Fee is shown with the Transaction is a successful item to be shown on the web page Payment Status along with Payment Reference ID. After Successful Payment, the web page automatically redirects to the web page.
- After completion of Fee Payment, the Candidate can check the Payment Status by clicking on the Check Your Payment Status tab.
- In this, Enter the Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number and Mobile Number, then click on the Check Payment Status button to check the status of the payment.
- After successful fee payment, the candidate has two options: either to proceed to fill in the application immediately or at a later date.
- Click on the Proceed to Fill Application button to fill out the application immediately, and you will be taken to the Application Form. So, Enter all the mandatory details and click on Proceed to Fill Application button.
- By Clicking on Proceed to Fill Application button, the application form will be displayed. Enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on Preview/Submit button. Then, candidate can view the Filled Online Application Form.
- If you want to modify, click on the Modify button to modify the application, or If you want to confirm, click on the Confirm button to confirm the application.
- By clicking on Confirm/Freeze button, candidate can view pop up alert as Your Application confirmed successfully. Please note your Registration Number for further Correspondence.
- By Clicking on Print Application, the candidate can view the Receipt of the Application form on your screen. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt which is useful for further correspondence.
- Later, if the candidate wishes to take the print out of the application form again, he/she can visit https://edcet.tsche.ac.in and click on Print Your Filled in Application Form. Then, enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on Get Application Details, the Receipt web page will appear. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt.
