Step By Step Process for PRC Fixation Online:
STEP 1. First Employee should give Option Form for Exercising option under the RPS Rules
STEP 2. First Go to DDO Request Login. Enter your DDO Code and your Password
STEP 3. Click on PRC Tab(+) Symbol. Then, it will be expanded and show the sub menu

STEP 4. Click on the 1st sub menu namely ” PRC Details and Report”
STEP 5. The Screen will ask you to Enter the Treasury Number of the Employee(Enter the Treasury Id number of the Employee).
PRC Fixation: All the DDO’s are requested to feed the Correct data to the system, after the pay fixation statement and the bill along with the Due drawn statement shall be checked thoroughly with respect to the SR and only then the bills have to be submitted Treasury.
Please check Appendix -1 and Fixation Arrears before using bill Preparation Button. If Bill Preparation button pressed and submit button pressed the PRC Bill be submitted to the Treasury, No changes will be accepted after submitting the bill to treasury in the system.

STEP 7. We can see Seven tabs in this screen namely
- Option Entry,
- PP SP,
- Option Form,
- Appendix-I,
- Appendix-II,
- Fixation Arrears,
- Bill Preparation.
- First Two Tabs namely Option Entry,
- PP SP are the Online Bill Preparation Forms.
- Option Form, Appendix-i, appendix-ii, Fixation Arrears are the forms that can be downloaded after Filling of Option Entry, PP SP Tabs.
STEP 8. First We have to Choose Option Entry. The particular page will look like below
STEP 9. In the Above Screen the incumbent’s has to be selected or filled whatever necessary.
STEP 10. After entering all the required fields Click on Submit.
STEP 11. In the Next Tab Enter the FP and SP Details of the incumbent.
STEP 12. After that the Option Form with Details, Appendix-I, Appendix-II, Fixation Arrears can be downloaded from clicking the Tabs. Verify Once all the Details. Then go to Bill Preparation Tab and Prepare Bill.
