Order:
In continuation of this office proceedings 1st cited and in obedience to the note orders of the Secretary to Govt., School Education Department, A.P, Hyderabad 2nd cited, all the Project Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the SMCs of their district to take up the stitching of uniforms work at the school level only after receipt of uniform cloth from the APCO. The Project Officers should closely coordinate with APCO and ensure the supply of uniform cloth at the school point by 30.09.2015.
The Project Officers are requested to instruct the SMCs to complete the process of stitching work and distribute the uniforms to the children on or before 31.10.2015 without fail. No extension of time will be allowed.
