All India Management Association (AIMA) has begun the application process for Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) 2023. AIMA conducts UGAT for screening candidates for admission to under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com, etc.,
The last date to apply for UGAT 2023 is 01 July for IBT and 27 June for PBT. The exam will be a paper-based test and Internet base test which will be conducted on 04 July and IBT II will be held on 11 July. The minimum qualification required for application to AIMA UGAT 2021 is 10+2 or equivalent.
Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com, etc.
UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles of the Management Institutes accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating Management Institutes.

The data and score of the candidates are provided to the Management Institutes indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any Management Institutes. Management Institutes can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.
Eligibility: The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Students appearing / appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

The application fee is Rs.650 which could be paid either in cash at the listed institutes or AIMA, New Delhi, or through debit card/credit card/net banking, or through a Demand Draft in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.
Application Process: Candidates can apply for AIMA UGAT through the official website or can obtain the application form along with the admission bulletin from listed institutes on the website. The application fee for the exam can also be paid both online or offline. Candidates can check the various modes of application on the official website (www.aima.in).

The UGAT 2021 Admit Card will be released as per the schedule. The admit card, apart from candidate’s information, will contain test date, test time and test venue details. The list of Participating Colleges/Institutes will be available on its web portal and students will be able to exercise institute choice.
AIMA UGAT Exam Pattern: UGAT will be an objective test. The test would be conducted in both computer based mode or pen paper based mode. The structure of the test is available on the official website. The test for IMBA, BBA, BCA etc. will be of two hours duration containing 130 questions. The exam for BHM will be of three hours duration and will have 25 additional questions from Service Aptitude and Scientific Aptitude each.
The test stricture for Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com. is given below:
- English language – 40 questions
- Numerical and Data Analysis – 30 questions
- Reasoning and Intelligence – 30 questions
- General Knowledge – 30 questions
Candidates would be given a composite time of 2 hours to solve the paper. In case of BHM, there would be two more sections in the test paper:
- Service Aptitude – 25 questions
- Scientific Aptitude – 25 questions
