AP State Horticulture Officers Recruitment: Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of Horticulture has issued a notification and the Department invites applications for appointment to (25) posts of Horticulture Officers on regular basis under General Recruitment in the Department of Horticulture in Andhra Pradesh State.

Horticulture Officer: 25 Posts
Qualification:
B.Sc. (Horticulture) or M.Sc.(Agriculture)) with specialization in Horticulture.
Age limit:
Candidates must be within the maximum age limit of 40 years as on 01-7-2016. The age relaxation in respect of SC, ST, BC and PH candidates shall be allowed as per the provisions under Rule-12 of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules and the limitation thereon as per rules in force for the recruitment.
Mode of selection:
There will be no test or interview for selection of the candidates. The Selection of candidate shall be as per merit, based on the aggregate marks computed for 100 marks.

The cover containing the application should be super scribed as “Application for the post of Horticulture Officer”. Applications received late or with incomplete information/ non-enclosing copies of Certificates will be rejected summarily and no correspondence will be undertaken in this regard.
Application along with its enclosures should be sent to Commissioner of Horticulture only by Registered Post/ by hand with Acknowledgement due only.
