APPSC Non Gazetted Posts Recruitment 2023, Apply Online at psc.gov.in. APPSC has issued the Non-Gazetted Posts Recruitment notification on its official website, psc.gov.in and Online Applications are invited online for recruitment to the post of various Non Gazetted Posts in A.P. Various Service Departments. The proforma Application will be available on Commission’s Website (https://psc.ap.gov.in).

Educational Qualification: 01. Technical Assistant (Geophysics) in A.P. Ground Water SubService – Degree in M.Sc or M.Sc (Tech) or M.Tech or its equivalent in Geophysics from a University or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

02. Technical Assistants (Hydrogeology) in A.P. Ground Water Sub-Service – Must possess M.Sc. or M.Sc (Tech) or M.Tech. in Geology or Applied Geology or Hydrogeology or its equivalent qualification from any University or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or equivalent qualification or any University recognized by the University Grants Commission under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or Diploma of Associateship in Applied Geology of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. (As per G.O.Ms.No.12 Irrigation & CAD (ALS.2) Dept., dated: 24.01.2012)

03: Technical Assistant in A.P. Mines and Geology Subordinate Service – Must Possess B.Sc Degree in Geology from the any recognized University of India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State sector an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission provided that candidate having practical experience for a period of not less than one year in the investigation of mineral deposits and geological mapping or mining or underground water resources shall be given preference. (As per G.O.Ms.No.205, Industries and Commerce (M1)(1), dept., Dated: 22/06/1999.

04. Deputy Inspector of Survey in A.P. Survey and Land Records Sub Service – Must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the A.P. State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent examination recognized by A.P. State Board of Technical Education

05: Technical Assistants in A.P. Archaeology & Museums SubService – “Must possess a First or second class post-graduate Degree in Archaeology or History or Indology or Anthropology or Museology or Sanskrit or Persian from any University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act or Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institute recognized by the University Grants Commission” (or) Must possess 1st or 2nd class in Siromani (final) examination conducted by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati or any other examination equal to the above conducted by the universities in Andhra Pradesh.

06: Welfare Organiser in A.P. Sainik Welfare SubService – No person shall be eligible for appointment as a Welfare organizer unless – I) He had served as an Ex-Servicemen, II) He has passed Intermediate examination or its equivalent Examination.
III) He is able to read, write and speak the Telugu Language.

Age Limit: No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2022 as per G.O.Ms.No.132,GA (Ser-A) Dept., dated:15.10.2018. Candidates should not be born earlier than 2nd July 1976 and not later than 1st July 2000. 7.2. Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as per the Govt Norms

Application Fee and Exam Fee: The applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- (Rupees one hundred twenty only) towards examination fee.

How to Apply: Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website viz., https://psc.ap.gov.in. Once an applicant registers his/her particulars, a user ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR user ID through the Commission’s website.

All desirous and eligible candidates shall apply online after satisfying themselves that they are eligible as per the terms and conditions of this recruitment notification. Any application sent through any mode other than the prescribed online mode will not be entertained under any circumstances. Submission of the application form by the candidate is authentication that he/she has read the notification and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down thereunder.

Screening Test: The Commission conducts Screening Test in offline mode in case applicants exceed 25,000 in number and Main Examination in online mode for candidates selected in the screening tests. If the screening test is to be held, the date of the screening test will be communicated through the Commission’s Website.

Main Exam: The Main Examination is likely to be held online through a computer-based test on 03/04/2020 & 04/04/2020. There would be objective type questions that are to be answered on the computer system. Instructions regarding computer based recruitment test are attached as Annexure – III. In case any paper of the Examination is held in different languages, the candidate has to choose the medium in which he/she wants to write the examination and the paper will be valued with reference to that medium only.

Mock Test: A general Mock Test facility is available to the applicants to acquaint themselves with the computer-based recruitment test. The applicant can visit the website and practice the answering pattern under the MOCK TEST option available on the main page of the website https://psc.ap.gov.in.

Hall tickets: HALL TICKETS can be downloaded whenever the Commission uploads them to its website. Intimation would be given through the website regarding downloading Hall Tickets.

The applicant is required to visit the Commission’s website regularly to keep himself/herself updated until completion of the recruitment process.
