Indian Railways RRC Junior Engineer Posts Recruitment 2020: Railway Recruitment Cell or RRC, Indian Railways, has released a recruitment notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Junior Engineer (141 posts) and Depot Material Superintendent or DMS (8 posts) has been released. The RRC has notified the posts with a Level-06 salary with initial pay of Rs. 35,400. The application forms can be submitted through the official website of Western Railways, RRC, at rrc-wr.com.
The registration process has already started on September 16 and the last date for registration is October 15. Candidates are advised to read all the instructions given in the official RRC JE notification carefully and ensure that they are eligible to apply before filling the application form Online available on the RRC – WR website.
Eligibility details are available on the official notification. Single-stage is written examination– Computed Based Test(CBT) based examination–, followed by Document Verification and Medical examination will be conducted as part of the RRC JE recruitment.
According to the RRC-WR, the syllabus and standard of the examination will be of the level of Railway Recruitment Board or RRB examination of JE and DMS. The JE recruitment exam question paper will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type.
The question paper will be provided in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages. There will be negative marking in the examination and 1/3 of the allotted marks for each question shall be deducted for every wrong answer.
Central Railway Junior Engineer posts Recruitment 2019, Apply Online till July 19: Central Railway has invited candidates to fill up Jr. Engineer posts in the organization. Junior Engineer (Works): The engagement will be offered purely on contract basis for a period of one year from the date of the contract, which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis or till such time availability of a regularly selected candidate, or up to 19/11/2020 whichever is earlier.
Eligibility Criteria for Central Railway Junior Engineer Posts:
Educational Qualification: Candidates who want to apply for the post must have four years Bachelor’s degree in (a) Civil Engineering or (b) a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute. OR (a) three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc in Civil Engineering of three years duration (b) a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
Candidates belonging to the unreserved category should be below 33 years of age, OBC candidates should be below 36 years of age and SC/ST candidates should be below 38 years of age.
Candidates will have to pay Rs 500/- if belonging to others category.
The candidate must have a minimum of one year of working experience. The selection process involves qualification, experience and personality/intelligence.
