ORDER:

  1. The Birthday Celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi which falls on 2nd October, 2013 is hereby declared as a “STATE FUNCTION”.
  2. The expenditure to be incurred by various Departments of State Government shall be met from the budget provision of their respective Departments.
