Goa 12th Class Result 2025 or Goa HSSC Result 2025 will be released by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education for HSSC public Examinations on its official website of GBSHE: gbshse.gov.in.

Students who have applied for the Class XII annual examinations can check result from the official web page by using login details.

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) conducts the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) exams for students in the state of Goa.

The HSSC exams, also known as the 12th class exams, are a critical juncture in a student’s academic journey, as they can impact their future educational and career paths.

Students who may be dissatisfied by the evaluation according to the policy, will be given the opportunity to appear for examinations that will be held “when conditions are conducive to holding examinations”.

However, marks scored in the later examination will be considered final. Similarly, examinations will also be held for students placed in the “needs improvement” category after evaluation, or those who may have withdrawn their application forms.

For the evaluation process, the GBSHE has asked schools to constitute a result committee, including the principal of the school, three senior most teachers preferably one from each faculty of Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational, a teacher from another school as an external member and a teacher with IT background for assistance with preparation of results.

The policy document has drawn up a tentative schedule for various processes of evaluation in which the schools have to submit the marks on the GBSHE by July 10 and the results will be declared on July 20.

The policy document said that the GBSHE will hold webinars to inform schools about the evaluation process and answer FAQs on its website.

The policy also listed provisions for specially-abled students, students who may have appeared for Class X under a different board, disputes regarding computation of results.

The process of verification of marks, providing photocopy and revaluation scheme will not be available for the session 2020-21, the policy document states.

Students will have to secure at least 33 marks or above to pass the exams. For candidates who fail are likely to be allowed to sit for the supplementary exam at a later date.

Schools will be able to download the marksheets of the students from May 24. The merit list will be released by the board soon.

Once the results are declared, students can check their results by visiting the official website of the Goa Board. On this website, candidates will be able to access the same using their seat number, date of birth, student’s first name and school index number.

  • Once you reach the website, click on results link on the home page. Then Results web page will appear.
  • Now Click on the ‘GBSHSE HSSC Result 2025’. You will be redirected to a new web page.
  • Now candidates can enter the hall ticket or date of birth or name.
  • Download the GBSHSE HSSC Result sheet and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

It is important to note that the results displayed on the official website are for immediate information only and should not be considered as the final marksheet. Students will receive their original marksheet from their respective schools at a later date.

After receiving the Goa board 12th class result, students must cross-check all the details on the mark sheet, including the spelling of their name, parents’ names, score, subject names, and application number.
