Relaxations:
- 5 cm height relaxation for STs and certain hill tribes.

Slection process
- Screening Test (OMR-based)

Note: Physical tests are qualifying in nature but mandatory.
Exam Scheme & Syllabus
- Screening and Main Exams are objective type and offline (OMR-based).
- Each wrong answer will carry a negative mark of 1/3rd.
- CPT is mandatory after clearing the Main exam.
District Cadre & Local Reservation
- 80% of vacancies are reserved for local candidates in plain areas.
- 100% reservation for Local ST candidates in scheduled areas
