Telangana State Scheduled Castes Study Circle (TSSC SC) Sponsored by Scheduled Castes Development Department, Govt. of Telangana has issued the TS SC Study Circle Free Coaching notification on its official website of free coaching registration portal.
And two separate online applications are invited from the eligible and interested candidates for admission into 3 months two different free coaching programmes. First One for Foundation Course for State Services i.e., Group I, Group II, Group III & Group IV Services and Second one for Banking Services Exams i.e., IBPS, SSC and RRB etc.
Telangana State Scheduled Castes Study Circle, Hyderabad, is extending free coaching for foundation course for State services, including banking, RRB and SSC etc., for a period of five months. The coaching for about 100 SC, ST, BC and Minority candidates will be given at each of the 11 TS SC Study Circles located in Nalgonda, Warangal, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Khammam, Rangareddy, Suryapet, Siddipet and Jagtial districts.
Admissions will be on the basis of an entrance test which will be conducted on the above said date 2 between 11 am and 1 pm in 11 districts. The test comprises 100 objective type questions covering topics, including general studies, general ability, arithmetic, reasoning, aptitude and general English. The question papers will be in both English and Telugu versions.

Selections of candidates will be based on the merit secured in the entrance test following the rule of reservation – SCs: 75 per cent, STs: 10 percent, BCs: 15 percent (including minorities). Overall, 33.33 percent seats will be allocated to women candidates and five per cent to physically challenged persons from the above-said categories.
Candidates with a graduate degree in three-year courses like BA/ BCom/ BSc or four year courses like BTech, BPharm, BSc (Agriculture) etc., are eligible to apply provided their parents’ annual income should not be more than Rs 3 lakh. Since it is a residential full-time coaching, candidates who are employed or pursuing any other course during the academic year 2022-23 are not eligible to apply.
Also, candidates who already have taken coaching earlier either in any of the districts’ branch or at Hyderabad main branch are also not eligible for coaching. This apart, candidates should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by organisations like TSPSC, banking services, RRB, SSC, etc. Interested candidates can submit an online application on the website http://tsstudycircle.co.in/ up to the deadline.

Free Coaching for Foundation Course for Group Services: The TSSC Study Circle, Hyderabad, is arranging free coaching for Special Foundation Course – Group 2, 2 & 4 Services for a period of (3) months in all (33) Districts of Telangana State as non-residential for about (100) SC candidates in each District, duly selecting on merit basis in the qualifying exam (i.e.) Degree.
For which, online applications are invited only from SC eligible General / Professional Degree candidates of Telangana (33) Districts from 17.01.2023 to 31.01.2023 before 5.00 PM. in the website www.tsstudycirlce.co.in. The candidates who have availed coaching earlier in the Foundation Course of (5) months programme at (11) TSSC Study Circle District branches, CSA T at Hyderabad State Study Circle and also at BC & ST Study Circles are not eligible for this free coaching.
Free Coaching for Foundation Course for State Services including Banking, RRB, SSC Services: The SCD Department is arranging free coaching for (5 1/2) months Foundation Course including Banking, RRB and SSC in all 10 TSSC Study Circle District branches for about (100) SC, ST, BC and Minority candidates, organized through Telangana State Scheduled Castes Study Circle, Hyderabad,
for which, online applications are invited from any General/Professional Degree candidates of Telangana (33) as per the schedule. The date of entrance test is scheduled between 11.00 AM and 1.00 PM, at all the above mentioned (10) Districts. Free Coaching for Foundation Course and Banking Services: The SCD Department is arranging two different free coaching programmes, First One for Foundation Course and Second one for Banking Services at TSSC Study Circle branches through Telangana State Scheduled Castes Study Circle, Hyderabad, to SC, ST, BC and Minority candidates, for (100) candidates of Telangana State.
Instructions for applying:
- Candidate should opt only one coaching programme otherwise his/her application will be summarily rejected.
- While filling up the form you will be asked to upload your passport sized photograph and your scanned signature both in JPEG/PNG format and certificates/documents should be upload PDF format only.
- The size of the individual files for photo,signature and certificates / documents should not exceed 1000 Kb each.
- Please use black ball pen for the signature which is to be scanned for uploading.You are strictly advised to retain an identical photograph, to be pasted on the admit card, in case it is not printed on the admit card.
- Please re-visit the site for downloading your Hall ticket / Admit Card one week before the entrance test.
- All fields are mandatory.

TS SC Study Circle Free Coaching Period: The coaching programme will be organized as per the schedule, in the aforesaid respective districts only. The students should be prepared to join only in the aforesaid mentioned Districts according to their choice of course.
