SSC Online Application Form: The Board of Secondary Education, Telangana and Office of the Director of Examinations, Hyderabad issued SSC/Vocational Public Examination Fee dates Notification in October. Telangana State Annual Exams will be held in March 2020. In this regarding the school Head Masters should collect a fee from the students and pay the fee as per the given schedule.

This time in the circumstance of the SSC examination changes, the board is not allowing the private students who are not studying in school. OMR Documents and related material has been sent recently to all the TS Schools. This timing details of SSC students would be sent through Online and Offline Methods.

All districts of DEOs, DCEB secretaries, Exams Assistant Commissioners were trained in this new online method and Dy. EOs and School Head Masters are getting training at the district level. Government school Head Masters should log in online with their School Code, but Private school headmasters should get Passwords from their Dy.EOs for logging in online.

All the school headmasters should visit the SchoolEdu.Telangana.Gov.In website by entering URL SchoolEdu.Telangana.Gov.In in your browser, the official website will be opened and Download the ‘User Manual for Head Masters’ from “Quick Links”. The headmasters are requested to please read the User Manual thoroughly before proceeding further or follow the below-mentioned guidelines.

  1.  Now, Click on the “Online Application Form” link from “Quick Links” on SchoolEdu.Telangana.Gov.In WEB PORTAL.
  2.  The Head Masters should furnish the Students Data through Online as well as OMR cum ICR sheets compulsorily. If any school fails to furnish the data in both ways their data will become useless.
  3.  Before entering the Student’s information on the web site, prepare MNRs without any mistakes.
  4.  The information of the Regular Candidates with Vocational subjects shall be furnished in the Web application form ‘Regular with Vocational’ only. No need to furnish the information in ‘Regular without Vocational’ Web application form. But while furnishing the data of Students of Regular with Vocational subjects in the OMR cum ICR forms the Head Master has to use separate sheets.
  5.  If Head Master wants to make corrections, click the ‘Edit’ button.
  6.  Click the ‘Print’ button to print Student information.
  7.  After thoroughly ensuring that the Student information is 100% accurate, then click the ‘Confirm’ button. Once the ‘Confirm’ button is clicked, the ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.
  8.  Take two printouts of the information of the Students of all the Streams, obtain the signature of the concerned students, duly affixing the signature of the Head Master also. One set can be preserved for office purpose and another set shall be sent to the DGE office along with the following information.
  9.  a) OMR cum ICR Sheets.
      b) Manual Nominal Rolls (MNRs).
      c) Original fee Challan.
      d) Figure statement.
      e) Opening permission/ETRs in respect of Private/Aided.
      f) Age condonation orders if any.
      g) PH Certificates if any.
      h) Second language exemption certificates in respect of out of state candidates if any.
      i) Fee exempted the students list.
      j) Memos of the failed candidates prior to 2016.
  10. Also, keep ready Student Photo and Signatures with following specifications
      a) The file format should be .jpg.
      b) The photo file should be less than 30 KB size and the Signature file should be less than 15 KB.
      c) Student Photo and Signature should be clearly visible (Use Black ballpoint pen for the signature of the student).
      d) The Head Master should ensure the above specifications are followed while uploading the Student Photo and Signature.

Step by Step Process for fill the SS ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

 1. Click the “Online Application Form” link from “Quick Links”. You will get the Login page.
 2. Now, Enter the School Code name in the ‘User Name’ and Password’ column/fields.
 3. Change Password if necessary.
 4. Next, you will get the Your School Code with Name web application page.

I. Procedure to enter ‘Regular without Vocational’ Candidates

  1.  Click on the ‘Student Registration’ button.
  2.  Select ‘Regular without Vocational’ option from the drop-down menu.
  3.  Then, the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed on your browser.
  4.  Fill the student details in the required fields carefully and without any mistakes/errors.
  5.  Now, press the ‘Submit’ button, you will get a ‘Success’ message. Similarly, furnish the information of all the Regular candidates.

II. Procedure to enter ‘Regular with Vocational’ Candidates

  1.  Click ‘Student Registration’ button.
  2.  Select ‘Regular with Vocational’ option from the drop-down list.
  3.  After selection, the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed.
  4.  Click the Vocational Subject option, then you will get the Subjects list, select the Subject from the List.
  5.  Fill the student details and press the ‘Submit’ button, you will get a ‘Success’ message. Similarly, furnish the information of all the Regular with Vocational candidates.

III. Procedure to enter ‘OSSC Regular’ Candidates

  1.  Click ‘Student Registration’ button.
  2.  Select the ‘OSSC Regular’ option.
  3.  After selection, the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed on your browser.
  4.  Select any two Non-Languages subjects. Click the OSSC Subject option, then you will get the Subjects list, select the Subject from the List.
  5.  Fill the student details and press the ‘Submit’ button, you will get a ‘Success’ message. Similarly, furnish the information of all the OSSC Regular candidates.

IV. Procedure to enter ‘OSSC Private’ Candidates

  1.  Click the ‘Student Registration’ button and Select the ‘OSSC Private’ option from the list.
  2.  After selection, the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed on your browser.
  3.  Select any two Non-Languages subjects.
  4.  Click the OSSC Subject option, then you will get the Subjects list, select the Subject from the List.
  5.  Fill the above details and press the ‘Submit’ button,
  6.  you will get a ‘Success’ message. Similarly, furnish the information of all the OSSC Private candidates.

V. Procedure to enter ‘Failed in June’ Candidates Data

  1.  Click ‘Student Registration’ button.
  2.  Select ‘Failed in June’ option.
  3.  After selection, the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed.
  4.  Click the ‘Previous Year Roll No.’ option, you will get a list of students failed in June. Select a student from the list and furnish the details.

VI. Procedure to enter ‘Failed prior to June’ Candidates Data

  1.  Click the ‘Student Registration’ button and Select ‘Failed prior to June’ option.
  2.  The Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed.
  3.  Fill the student details and press the ‘Submit’ button, you will get a ‘Success’ message. Similarly, furnish the information of all the Failed prior to June candidates.

How to Fill TS SSC Online Application Form

Once uploading of the Student’s data of all the streams of the School, verify each candidate’s data with reference to School records and carry out the mistakes if any. Then take the print out of all the candidates and obtain signature of the student on the printouts, in confirmation with the student information furnished in the printout. If any candidate proposes the corrections in the printouts, again verify the corrections with reference to the School records and carry out the mistakes. Again the Head Master shall verify the student’s data and ensure that data is 100% accurate.

After thoroughly ensuring that the Student information is 100% accurate, then click the ‘Confirm’ button. Once the ‘Confirm’ button is clicked, the ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.
