The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) declared the CS June 2025 results for both the old and new syllabus. While ICSI was released at 11 a.m., the executive result was out at 2 p.m., and the foundation result was out at 4 p.m. Candidates can visit the official website icsi.edu to check scores.
Once released, students will need their application number and password to check the result. The exam was held in remote proctored mode. ICSI CS results will be available online, and no physical copy will be provided this time, except for foundation courses.
The formal e-result-cum-marks statement is uploaded on the website after the result is declared for executive or professional courses. For foundational courses, a physical copy of the results will be dispatched to the candidates at their registered address soon after the result is declared.

The result-cum-marks statement for the Professional Programme Examination will be despatched to the candidates at their registered address soon after the result is declared.
In case the physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement is not received by any candidate within 30 days of the declaration of the result, such candidates may contact the Institute at: exam@icsi.edu along with his/her particulars.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) declared the Company Secretary (CS) results for the CS professional and executive exams on its website.
The result and each candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks are now available on the official website, icsi.edu.
Formal e-result-cum-marks statement of executive programme (old and new syllabus) examinations will be uploaded on the website of the institute, immediately after the declaration of result for downloading by candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement will be issued.
Next exams for the executive program and professional program will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025, for which an online examination enrollment form, together with the requisite examination fee, shall be submitted from February 26, 2025, as per ICSI’s official notification.
How to check the ICSI CS result 2025?

- When you reach the official website, click on the ICSI CS June result link on the home page.
- When reach the ICSI foundation result web page, enter your roll number and registration number on the dashboard ICSI CS June result appears.
- On doing so, the ICSI result appears on the screen in PDF format. Save and download the result for future reference
Meanwhile, ICSI will conduct the CS foundation exam for the December term on January 3 and 4, next year.
IT will hold papers I, which is the business environment and law, and II, which is business management, ethics, and entrepreneurship, on Monday, January 3. Business Economics, paper III, and the Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing, paper IV, will be held on Tuesday, January 4.
The exams will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) mode across four shifts, the first shift will be from 9.30 am to 11 am, the second shift from 12 noon to 1.30 pm, the third shift from 2.30 pm to 4 pm, and the fourth shift from 5 pm to 6.30 pm.
Final eResult cum Marks Statement would be available on icsi.edu for Executive and Foundation courses immediately after declaration of the result.
As for the Professional course, the Result cum Marks statement would be sent to the candidates’ registered address. In case candidates don’t receive the physical copy within 30 days, they are advised to write to exa,@icsi.edu along with details for the same.
The ICSI CS foundation result, CS professional result, and CS executive result contain important details like the candidate’s name, roll number, grades, percentage, the status of the result, subject-wise marks, etc. The details of the top 3 candidates are also released along with the result.
The result cum mark sheet for Professional Programme is dispatched to the candidate’s address within 30 days of the declaration of the result. The physical copy of the result cum marksheet is not issued for the executive exam.
To qualify for the ICSI exams, the students have to score 40 percent in each subject and 50 percent in aggregate, which applies to executive, professional, and foundation programmes. After the result declaration, the merit was also released in PDF format.
It consists of the students’ names, roll numbers, and ranks. If students find any error or discrepancy in the result, they can challenge it. However, they need to do it within 21 days and also pay Rs 250 for revaluation.
