KVS Deputy Commissioner Recruitment 2023
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan has been notified of the vacancies for the Deputy Commissioner post available in the department. The hiring process is taking place for a total of 7 posts for group A Deputy Commissioner.
The aspirants can apply through the proper channel till January 31 and can check the advertisement on the site of KVs, kvsangathan.nic.in. Age: The age bar stands at 50 years up to the last date of submission date. There is no limit for the employees of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Candidates of OBC/SC/ST/PH/ will get relaxation in the age requirement.
Education: The applicants must be qualified for a second-class Master’s degree, B.Ed., or equivalent degree, 3.05 years of regular service as Assistant Commissioner. Besides this, the candidates require eight years of experience as Assistant Commissioner and Principal together with a minimum of one year’s experience as Assistant Commissioner.
According to the notification, it is desirable to have a “Working knowledge of Hindi and English. Experience in directing in-service training programs for teachers and administrators and/or research in education”.

(a) KVS Teaching Posts: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has released the notification for recruitment to the post of Primary Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), PRT Music, and Other Teacher Posts such as Assistant Principal, and Vice Principal. (b) KVS Non Teaching Posts: The KVS will also recruit non-teaching posts including Librarian, Finance Officer, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Assistant Section Officer (ASO), Senior Secretariat Assistant (UDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (LDC), Hindi Translator and Stenographer Grade-II.

Eligibility Criteria for KVS Recruitment
For Principal: (a) Academic (i) Master Degree from recognized university with at least 45% marks in aggregate. (ii) B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree. (b) Experience: (i) Persons holding analogous posts or posts of Principals in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the PayMarix-12 (Rs.78800-209200). OR
(ii) Vice-Principal/Asstt. Education Officers in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the PayMatrix-10 (Rs.56100-1777500)with combined services of 05 years as PGT and 02 year as Vice-Principal. OR
(iii) Persons holding posts of PGTs or Lecturer in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the Pay Matrix -08 (Rs.47600-151100) or equivalent with at least 8 years’ regular service in the aforesaid grade. OR
(iv) 15 years combined regular services as TGT in the Pay Matrix -7 (Rs.44900-142400) and PGT in the Pay Matrix -8 (Rs. Rs.47600-151100) out of which 03 years as PGT. (v) Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of computer application.
For Vice Principal: (i) Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate. (ii) B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree. (iii) 2 years experience of working on the post of Vice-Principal in Central/State Govt./Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. OR
(iv) 6 Years experience of working on the post of PGT or Lecturer in Central/State Govt./Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. PGT: Two Years’ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject or Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate and B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University. The age limit for the recruitment is 40 years.
