Candidates who had appeared for the exam can check their result on official website nift.ac.in. The Final NIFT Result for Bachelor of Design Admissions has been declared. The final NIFT Result has been declared after the personal interview round.
The result of the written examination was already declared in the month of March. The exams were held on February 6.
The entrance exam for India’s most coveted fashion institute was organized, earlier this year, for fashion technology enthusiasts seeking admissions to various UG and PG courses in NIFT.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has released the entrance examination result conducted for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) admission on its official website.
The candidates, who have taken the entrance examination can visit the official website of NIFT – nift.ac.in – to check and download their NIFT result.
NIFT conducted the B.Des entrance examination on February 6. NIFT has made the final result based on candidates’ performance in the entrance examination.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has announced the result for the entrance exam conducted on February 6, for admission to graduate and postgraduate courses in the institute, on the official website, nift.ac.in.
The institute has declared the results for B Tech, M FTech and MFM programmes while the results for B Des and M Des are still awaited.

NIFT 2025 exam was held for giving admission to the students in Accessory Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, Leather Design, and Textile Design and Bachelor of Fashion Technology courses.

Steps to check NIFT Entrance Exam Result 2025

- Log-in using roll number, date of birth, application number
- Result will appear
The candidates can check their NIFT result either from the official website or from the direct link provided above. Note: Students are suggested to download the result and take a print-out for further reference.
The shortlisted candidates for the UG Courses will now appear in the situation test of Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programme in April. Candidates will also be required to fill their top three choices on the candidate portal linked above.
NIFT offers Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes in Accessory Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, Leather Design, and Textile Design.
The institute also offers Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech) and three Masters programmes – Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM), and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech).
Selection procedure: Candidates who clear the written exam will have to appear for situation test, group discussion and interview. The final result will include the marks of all stages of screening and will be declared by May.

Earlier, the result of the written test was declared. Those who have cleared the exam will get admission in the reputed institute. The exam was conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
There are a total of 3,010 seats available in various undergraduate and post graduate courses at the institute.
The bachelors’ degree programmes include fashion design, leather design, accessory design, textile design, knitwear design, fashion communication and fashion technology apparel production.
The masters’ degree courses include a master of design, master of fashion management and master of fashion technology.
The written test comprised of GAT (General Ability Test) and CAT (Creative Ability Test) to assess the fashion knowledge, skill and aptitude of the applicants. Candidates who had appeared for the entrance exam can follow the instructions below and check their status now..
The candidates who clear the written test will now have to appear for Situation Test / Group Discussion / Interview. NIFT is yet to announce the date, but the website says it is expected anywhere between April – May.

NIFT aims to organize the next rounds in the months of April and May, to declare results by May/June and wrap up the admissions process.
