2. U.O.Note.No.15540/SW/A2/2016-1, Dt:29.12.2016 of G.A.(SW) Department.
ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, the President Telangana Non-Gazetted Officer’s Union Central, Hyderabad has offered their willingness for the contribution of One Day Basic Pay from their salaries of March 2017 payable in the month April 2017 respectively towards CM Relief Fund for the Welfare of Armed Forces Personnel and their families.
2. Government after careful consideration, hereby orders that the following deductions may be made based on the representation of Association.
Name of the Employee Association: The President Telangana Non-Gazetted Officer’s Union Central, Hyderabad
Quantum of Deduction: One Day Basic Pay
3. All the DDO’s of the concerned HODs shall attach separate schedules to the pay bills for the month of March 2017 and shall be credited to the following head of account exclusively for the welfare of Armed Forces Personnel and their Families:
“MH 8443-Civil Deposits
800 – Other Deposits
SH(02) – Chief Minister’s Relief Fund”.
4. All the Drawing & Disbursing Officers coming under the purview of Telangana Non-Gazetted Officer’s Union Central, Hyderabad shall ensure that the correct deductions are made from the pay bills of March 2017.
5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, TS, Hyderabad and the Pay and Accounts Officers, TS, Hyderabad shall personally responsible to ensure that full deductions are made and remitted into the Chief Minister Relief Fund for the Welfare of Armed Forces Personnel and their families and inform the same to the Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department, T.S., Secretariat, Hyderabad and to the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad without fail.
