Public Governance Guarantee Application
The Telangana state government released the ‘Public Governance Guarantee Application (PGG Application)’ without the need to submit separate applications for each guarantee.
Praja Palana Application
The Praja Palana Application (Public Governance Guarantee Application) is prepared with 2 pages to be easily understood by common people and filled in five minutes.
The T government has made arrangements to distribute these Praja Palana proformas to all villages, municipalities and corporation wards across the state.
Praja Palana Application Form
On the first page of the Praja Palana Application Form, the photograph of CM Revanth Reddy along with the Telangana state emblem is printed on the left side.
On the right side, Party symbol and Deputy CM Bhatti’s photos were printed. The first page of the two-page application contains the applicant’s details and address.
Applicant’s Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Gender, Caste, Date of Birth (as per Aadhaar), Aadhaar Card Number, Mobile Number, Ration Card Number, Address details of the applicant should be given as per Aadhaar.
On the second page, the details of the schemes have to be given. One has to fill the necessary details to get the benefit of the Government Guarantee Schemes.
As part of the Mahalakshmi scheme, women will get Rs. 2,500 financial assistance, Rs. 500k gas cylinder, Grihajyoti scheme for each family up to 200 units of free electricity, Indiramma houses, Handyman (Rs. 6 thousand for disabled, Rs. 4 thousand for others) need to make a single application.

The Telangana State Government has created a special website for ‘Prajapalana’. CM will launch this website named ‘www.prajapalana.telangana.gov.in‘ on January 8.
After coming to power, the Congress government has been running the program of public administration with dignity.
As part of this, it received applications under ‘Abhyahastam’ for eight days from December 28 to January 6. The government has decided to conduct this program every 4 months.

Grama Sabha
From December 28th to January 6th, applications are to be submitted in the Grama Sabha (Public Governance Pragramme). To this extent, applications will be delivered door to door. Officials will also clearly say which day to come.
Applications will be received in 4 areas in each ward. No need to apply if already a beneficiary. On the other hand, it seems that the government has decided to do re-verification if there are complaints about double bedroom houses.
Public Governance Program 2024
Telangana State Government is ambitiously undertaking the Public Governance Program (Praja Palana Programme) from December 28 to January 6.
Public governance meeting is held for 8 days in our Gram Panchayat excluding holidays (31st December, 1st January). In the conduct of Gram Sabha, there are Gram Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Workers, Anganwadi Teacher, Asha Worker.
Praja Palana Application papers will be distributed free of cost to each family one day in advance. You and your family need to apply for the following schemes.
- Mahalakshmi Scheme: Rs. 2500 per month for women.
- Rythu Bharosa Scheme (Farmer Assurance Scheme): Rs 15,000 per acre.
- Gruha Jyothi Scheme: Free electricity up to 200 units
- Ration card sanction: new names can be uploaded, old names can be exchanged.
- Cheyutha Scheme: Old Age Pension 4,000 per month.
- Gruha Lakshmi Scheme (Indiramma Indlu Scheme- 5 Lakhs)
- Pension Sanction for new pensions
These applications should be written and submitted in Gram Panchayat, one application per family.
Good news for parents of government employees: Old age pensions for Rs.4000 per month for all senior citizens above 57 years of age even if their children are government employees can be applied for through public administration application. (Manifesto Item.24, Page No.34)
Praja Palana Program
Praja Palana Applications for the State government’s ambitious ‘Praja Palana Program’ would be distributed two days in advance to the people enabling them to fill and submit them during the program.
Praja Palana Program Application forms would be made available in the villages, hamlets, towns, wards and divisions.
People can file their applications pertaining to the Six Guarantees. Senior officials’ team, which collects the applications during the program, would issue a receipt to acknowledge.
The eligibility criteria guidelines are yet to be finalised, white ration card was being considered as a base parameter.
One team would conduct two gram sabhas and they would visit even the remote hamlets and collect the applications.
Paraja Palana Application Data Entry by DEO
Procedure to be followed to enter the data of physical application of Praja Palana in to the web application form.
- Visit the official website of Praja Palana, https://prajapalana.telangana.gov.in.
- Then click on “Department Login” to go to login page on the home page.
- Then the below “Officer’s Login Page” will appear.
- The officers to login are District Collectors, Data Entry Operators (DEOs)/Data Entry Employee.
- DEO (Data Entry Operator/Employee) can login in to the Praja Paalana Website by entering his User ID and the OTP received to his Registered Mobile Number.
- Now the DEO has to click on Praja Palana Application Tab to open the Web Application,
- Fill the all details of Physical Application in the form correctly.
- Fill the declaration form.
- Finally click on the submit button, the form will be successfully submitted.
District Collector’s Login:
- Logins were created with User ID to all the District Collectors and the login is of OTP authenticated.
- The District Collector can login by using the User ID and by entry of OTP received to his registered mobile number.
- Provision is given to District Collectors to create USERs [Data Entry Operators (DEOs)/ Data Entry Employee] who enters the data.
- The District Collector can “Activate/ De-Activate” the Registered User.
- If the User is De-Activated by the District Collector, then the Data entered by the DEO up to De-Activation will be available.
- After creation of User by the District Collector, an SMS will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number of the User.

- Then click on “Know your Application Status” on the home page.
- Enter your application number in the given box.
- Click on the “View Status‘ Button
- Your application status will be displayed.

Abhaya Hastham 6 Garantees

6 GUARANTEES (Abhaya Hastham)
1. Mahalakshmi Scheme
- Rs. 2,500 monthly financial assistance to women.
- Gas Cylinders at Rs. 500.
- Free travel for women in TSRTC buses across the state.
2. Rythu Bharosa Scheme
- Financial assistance of Rs. 15,000 per acre to farmers, tenant farmers; Rs. 12,000 to agricultural labour will be provided every year.
- A bonus of Rs. 500 for paddy per quintal will be provided.
3. Gruha Jyothi Scheme
- 200 units free electricity for all households.
4. Indiramma Indlu Scheme
- Families not owning a house will be provided a house site & Rs. 5 lakh financial assistance towards construction of the house.
- All Telangana movement fighters will be provided a 250 sq yards house site.
5. Yuva Vikasam Scheme
a. Vidya Bharosa Card – A financial assistance card worth Rs. 5 lakh, will be provided to students which can be used in payment of college fees (in addition to fee reimbursement), coaching fees, foreign college fees, overseas travel expenses, tuition fees, purchase of books and study materials, hostel fees, exam fees, skill development courses, to buy laptops or research instruments and other education related expenditure.
b. Telangana International Schools will be built in every mandal.
6. Cheyutha Scheme:
a. Monthly pension of Rs. 4,000 will be provided to senior citizens, widows, disabled, beedi workers, single women, today tappers, weavers, AIDS and Filaria patients and kidney patients undergoing dialysis.
b. Rajiv Aarogyasri – Health insurance of Rs.10 lakh will be provided
Gruha Jyothi Scheme
The Telangana state government’s comprehensive electricity policy i.e., Gruja Jyothi Scheme is aiming to ensure uninterrupted power supply and extend free power to up to 200 untis for households.
The Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TDSPDCL) is allowing the Gruha Jyothi scheme beneficiaries to upload their details and new address to continue the scheme benefits.
The Gruha Jyothi free power scheme beneficiaries can now get the benefit of the scheme even after they shift to another location or address.
- The Gruha Jyothi Scheme aims to provide 200 units of free electricity to each household.
- The Energy Department of Telangana has begun the process of enrolling and identifying beneficiaries for the Gruha Jyothi scheme.
- Residents interested in joining the scheme are requested to present their white ration cards and Aadhar cards to TSSPDCL meter readers.
- The Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) clarified that tenants are eligible to benefit from the proposed Gruha Jyothi Scheme.
