ORDER:
It is decided to conduct de-worming day on 03.12.2013. In this regard the District Medical and Health Officers in 13 districts which noted in the address entry are instructed to be ready with Albendazole tablets in all schools, Anganwadi centres and PHC by 22.11.2013.
The guidelines are enclosed which are to be followed while administering the de-worming among the children and the District Medical and Health Officers of the 13 districts noted in the addressed entry are requested to follow guidelines scrupulously.
Further District Medical and Health Officers noted in the address entry are here by authorised to draw an amount of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as contingency expenditure to conduct de-worming day on 03.12.2013. An amount of Rs.1000/- per PHC/UHC may be utilised towards transport and effective monitoring of the programme.
And an amount Rs.1000/- for the District Programme officer who have a vehicle and an amount of RS.1500/- for those who do not have vehicle may be utilised for the same purpose mentioned above.
The amount may be drawn through the District Health Society from RCH Flexi pool funds. And they are requested to send the compliance report, quantity of tablets received & used and number of beneficiaries (school/non school & gender-wise) by 06.00 PM on 03.12.2013 without fail. Final Utilization Certificate and SOEs have to be furnished within a week.
