SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for the SSC JHT Exam 2023, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- They must be a citizen of India.
- They must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or any other language from a recognized university.
- They must have a minimum of 60% marks in their Bachelor’s degree.
- They must have a typing speed of 35 wpm in Hindi and 30 wpm in English.
SSC JHT Exam Pattern
The SSC JHT Exam 2023 will be a two-stage exam:
- Stage 1: Preliminary Examination
- Stage 2: Main Examination
a) SSC JHT Preliminary Exam
The Preliminary Examination will be a computer-based test (CBT) and will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions. The questions will be based on general knowledge, Hindi grammar, and comprehension.
b) SSC JHT Main Exam
The Main Examination will be a written exam and will consist of two papers:
- Paper 1: Hindi Language and Literature
- Paper 2: Translation (Hindi to English and English to Hindi)
