“Performance Indicators” An Employee will work hard when he/she is encouraged by appreciation, promotion, etc. When there is stagnance in working there will be no development, in the graph of their service. For some days employees will lose anxiety, enthusiasm in working. The service will continue plain without any upward movement. Where here employees will not found any interest in their work. So, he/she can not give 100% output which is very important for teachers, where creativity, innovation plays a prominent role.
