If we have a look at government schools most of the teachers are well qualified and approaching the students in the right manner. If we increase the facilities and the teachers according to the class ratio instead of student ratio and with proper supervision, we can achieve in govt schools.
As of April 1st, RTE (Right to Education Act) is implementing very strictly. The government should fill up all vacant positions. As per present statistics, more than 17,500 teacher posts are vacant. After rationalization in this summer, promotions the vacancy position will be clear.
Then total posts should be filled. If even one vacant position is left it will treat as a violation of the R.T.E act. In this situation, however, we see the release DSC or TET cum TRT notification compulsory. Already central govt gave permission to fill up 600 teacher posts to teach challenged children.
R.T.E act clears that fill up of teacher posts in government schools, and those who work in Pvt schools should also get through TET. For many days TET did not conduct so, this education dept may conduct TET + DSC at a time.

TSPSC PRESS NOTE – Dated: 21/10/2017: TSPSC Teachers Recruitment Test (TRT) 2017 Notification released: Telangana State Public Service Commission is releasing today 5 notifications for Teachers Recruitment Test (TRT) for 8792 vacancies.
Teachers Recruitment Test was entrusted to TSPSC vide G.O.MS. No. 19 School Education (General) Department, Dt: 18/05/2016 and Finance Clearance was given vide G.O. Ms. No.129 Finance (HRM-11) Dept Dt.01/09/2017.
TSPSC has prepared the notifications in accordance with the Teacher Recruitment Rules-2017 issued by the Government of Telangana vide GO Ms. No.25, School Education (General) Department, Dt. 10.10.2017.

For the first time, TSPSC is conducting the Teachers Recruitment Test for 31 Districts. If a candidate is eligible for more than one notification, he should apply separately for each notification. The applications will be accepted from 30/10/2017 to 30/11/2017. The dates for the exam will be in the 2nd week of February 2018.
It should be noted by the candidates who apply for School Assistants, Language Pandits and Second, Grade Teachers that 80% weightage will be given for written test and 20% weightage for Teachers Eligibility Test (TET).

KG TO PG: As KG TO PG-Free and Compulsory Education Scheme or mega project is going to be launched in the 2016-17 academic year. These schools are going to launch in every Mandal in Telangana. Each school may consist of 3,000-4,000 children.
Where the recruitments base on the children, for 1,000 students 34 posts are necessary to teach them. According to the above statistics in our state, for 445 mandals 44,500 members are necessary.
After rationalization, the excess posts will adjust in these schools according to their qualification and for remaining, the notification will be released on the basis of vacancy position after rationalization.
After observing this now we have a clear idea that is there is no DSC for this year. The DSC notification may release this year ending or next year. So, there is no DSC for this year. So, plan your year and prepare for another post also.
