High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad has released the TS High Court Recruitment 2023 or TSHC Recruitment 2023 notification to the posts of Office Subordinate, Process Server, Record Assistant, Junior Assistant, Field Assistant and Examiner in Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Service.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for direct recruitment to the above said posts through the official website, https://tshc.gov.in/. Candidates should note that the hand written/ typed/ photostat copy/ printed application form will not be entertained by the TSHC either directly or by post or by courier or in person.
Every person appointed to the above said post shall deposit an amount of Rs 10,000/- towards security at the time of appointment. Candidates applying under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category have to produce certified copy of EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority.

Telangana HC recruitment: Telangana High Court has notified vacancies for over 1200 vacancies of Office Subordinates in the Judicial Districts of the State of Telangana. The application process will commence on January 11, 2023, and the deadline for the submission of the application form is January 31, 2023.
Interested candidates will be able to apply online at tshc.gov.in. The admit cards for the computer-based examination will be released on February 15 and the examination will be held in March 2023.
Applications are invited through online for TS Court direct recruitment to the posts of Office Subordinate, Process Server, Record Assistant, Junior Assistant, Field Assistant and Examiner in the Judicial Districts of State of Telangana in the Telangana Judicial Ministerial Service as per the Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Service Rules, 2018.
The online application portal will be available in the High Court’s website, https://tshc.gov.in and also in the websites of all the District Courts in the State of Telangana from 11.01.2023 to 31.01.2023. The Last date for submission of application through online is 31.01.2023 up to 11.59 p.m.

Eligibility Criteria for TS Court Jobs Recruitment
Post wise Education Qualification and age limit as follows… Age Limit: As on 01-07-2022, the candidate must have completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 34 years. b) The relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of SCs/STs/BCs/EWS is 5 years. Differently-abled persons with physical disabilities they shall be given age relaxation of 10 years.
(a) Process Server: Education Qualification: a) Must have passed SSC examination or its equivalent examination. b) The applicants have to state in their online application, the professional skills they have, such as, cooking, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting etc., For the purpose of performing duties with respect of their professional skills at the residences of Judicial Officers.
(b) Record Assistant: Education Qualification: a) Must have passed Intermediate conducted by the State Board Of Intermediate Education or its equivalent examination.

(c) Junior Assistant: a) Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent examination. b) Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.

Field Assistant: a) Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent examination.

Examiner: a) Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by the State Board of Intermediate Education or its equivalent examination. b) The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, shall submit the concerned certificates at the time of verification of original certificates.
Office Subordinate: a) Must have passed any exam between 7th to 10th class or its equivalent examination. But the candidate who is having higher qualification than 10th class shall not be considered as eligible.

Linguistic Qualification: a) Candidates shall not be eligible for appointment if they do not possess adequate knowledge of the language or languages of the district in which they are to be appointed. The list containing the languages of the districts are specified in the User Guide available in the website of the High Court.
b) Where two or more languages are specified for a district and sufficient number of candidates who have adequate knowledge of all the languages are not available, candidates who have adequate knowledge of any one of the said languages according to the needs of the district will be selected and such candidates shall be eligible for appointment in that district.
TSHC Recruitment Exam Fee
The applicants who belong to OC and BC categories have to pay an amount of Rs.600/- excluding applicable service charges, towards online application processing fee / examination fee, whereas the SC, ST and EWS category candidates have to pay an amount of Rs.400/- excluding applicable service charges.
Only the applicants belonging to a community recognized as SC/ST in the State of Telangana alone are entitled for the concessional payment of examination fee of Rs.400/-.
The Application/Examination Fee is to be remitted/paid through online only. The Application/Examination Fee once paid will not be refunded even if the application is rejected for any reason.

Result: Merit list will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the computer-based examination and Viva-voce. Where two or more candidates get equal total number of marks in the Written Examination and in Viva-voce, the elder in age will be considered for provisional selection.
TSHC Recruitment Procedure
- The online computer based examination will be of the standard consistent with the minimum educational qualification prescribed i.e., graduation qualification.
- The question paper of the computer based examination shall be objective type with multiple choice answers for 50 marks. The Skill Test (Stenography) is for 30 marks and oral interview will be for 20 marks.
- The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the skill test are 40 per cent for O.C and EWS candidates and 35 per cent for the candidates of BC.
TSHC Recruitment Qualifications
- Candidate must be Graduate from any recognised university, and
- Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade (45 words per minute), or equivalent examination
- Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Shorthand by Higher Grade (120 words per minute) or equivalent examination.
- Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.
- The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, shall submit the concerned certificates at the time of oral interview along with other required certificates.

Age Limit: An applicant shall be a person who has not completed the age of 35 years for Direct Recruitment. Provided that the upper age limit of 35 (thirty-five) years is relaxable by five years in respect of the persons belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes.
Provided further that the upper age limit of 35 years is relaxable by 10 years in respect of Physically Handicapped persons [Orthopaedically Handicapped) (Lower portion of the body]. As per Rule 7 of A.P. State Judicial Service Rules, 2007, Physically Handicapped [Orthopaedically Handicapped (Lower portion of the body] persons alone shall be entitled to apply.
Provided further that in the case of an applicant who served in the defense services of the Indian Union and who is otherwise qualified and suitable, the period of service rendered by him in the defense service shall be excluded in computing the age, for appointment by direct recruitment. An applicant for Recruitment by Transfer shall be a person who has not completed the age of 48 years.
Scheme of Exam and Syllabus:
The process of selection shall comprise of, a) Screening Test, which is objective in form; (if the number of applications exceeds 10 times the number of notified vacancies); b) written examination shall carry 80 marks, c) Viva Voice, which shall carry 20 marks.
Candidates who are qualified in the Screening Test, if held, shall be short-listed to the level of 1: 10, of the available vacancies in each category; in the order of merit, conferring eligibility upon them, to appear in the written examination. The marks obtained in the screening test shall not be added to the marks obtained in the written examination and they shall not be counted for determining the final order of the merit of the candidates, as the screening test is conducted for the purpose of shortlisting the candidates. The Questions in the examinations shall be answered only in English. In the selection process, the proficiency and knowledge of applicants in,
a) Substantive Laws, comprising of Indian Contract Act, Hindu Marriage Act, Hindu Succession Act, Easements Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Penal Code, Negotiable Instruments Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Registration Act, Indian Stamp Act, A.P. Land Encroachment Act, A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, and
b) Procedural Laws comprising of Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Evidence Act, Civil Rules of Practice and Criminal Rules of Practice, will be tested. In the Viva Voice, the academic knowledge of a candidate, his communication skills, his tact and ability to handle various situations in the Court, will be tested.
Minimum Marks: a) Only such candidates who secure 40% marks (for OC category), 35% (for BC category), and 30% (for SC and ST categories), in case of direct recruitment, shall be treated as qualified in the written examination.
b) In the case of the candidates for Recruitment by Transfer, the qualifying marks are 40%, in the written examination for O.Cs and B.Cs, and 30% for SC/ST candidates.

TS AP High Court JCJ /Junior Civil Judge Posts Recruitment Results in : The High Court of Judicature Hyd has announced the results of the examination of the junior civil judge (JCJ) posts in the lower courts of Telangana and AP states. What is the eligibility criteria for Office Subordinate post?
Candidates who want to apply for the posts must have passed any exam between Class 7 to Class 10 or its equivalent examination. Candidates who is having higher qualification than 10th class shall not be considered as eligible. The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 years to 34 years of age.
