JNTU has made a key announcement for students awaiting Engineering, Agriculture, Medical Common Entrance Test 2020 or TS EAMCET 2020 entrance exam. Hyderabad-based Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) will be launching the TS EAMCET 2020 Hall Tickets on June 30.
Students who have applied for the entrance examination can download their hall tickets from JNTU official website. The deadline for download is set for July 3. Students are required to provide details such as their registration number and date of birth in order to download their TS EAMCET 2020 Hall tickets.
The engineering exam of the TS EAMCET will be held on September 9, 10, 11, and 14 and The agriculture and medicine streams exam of the TS EAMCET will be held on September 28 and 29. Test in two shifts: The tests will be conducted in two shifts. One test, from 9 am to 12 noon. Another test will be held between 3 pm and 6 pm.

Correction of the submitted application form was started on 11-06-2020 and concluded on 16-06-2020. Interested candidates can still submit the online application form till 30-06-2020 with additional late fee amount of Rs 10,000.

TS EAMCET 2020 Hall Tickets (Admit Cards):
Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test, TS EAMCET Hall Tickets are scheduled to release on June 30, 2020. As per the official notification available on eamcet.tsche.ac.in, the admit cards or hall tickets would be made available to students online from June 30 to July 03, 2020.
The examination is scheduled to be conducted from July 06. Students who have applied can check the official website on June 30 to download the admit card. Important dates regarding the examination and instructions are also provided below.
Kindly note that the admit card or hall ticket would have important information regarding the examination date, centre and slot allotted to the student. Admission to the examination hall would be strictly on the basis of the admit card. Students are also advised to carefully go through the instructions on the TS EAMCET Hall Tickets 2020 as and when it is released. Important Dates and Instructions for TS EAMCET 2020 Hall Ticket:
1. TS EAMCET Hall Tickets would have the information regarding the examination centre and time slot for the examination. Candidates would not be allowed to change the time or centre allotted to them.
2. Candidates are instructed not to sign in the space provided on the admit card. The candidates are required to sign the admit card or hall tickets only in the presence of the invigilator at the examination hall.
3. The TS EAMCET 2020 admit card or the hall ticket would have to be downloaded from the website and would not be sent out to the students.
4. Official notification confirms that the admit card would be available for download from 30-06-2020 on eamcet.tsche.ac.in. The facility to download the admit card would only be available on the official website from 30-06-2020 to 03-07-2020.
5. Candidates are also required to carry a printout of the online application form which was submitted along with the TS EAMCET Hall Ticket to the examination hall. In case candidates have not taken a printout yet, they can do so from the official website eamcet.ts.ac.in.
Students to please note that the online application process with late fee is still open. Candidates who have not filled the form for TS EAMCET 2020 still can do so by logging on to the official website. The hall tickets, however, would be released only from April 20, 2020 onwards.

After qualifying the exam, students will be ranked. In the merit list, 75 per cent weightage will be given to TS EAMCET and 25 per cent to marks obtained in relevant group subjects namely mathematics or biology, physics, chemistry of the qualifying examination. Students will be able to get admission to a college after counselling round. Seats will be allotted through counselling sessions.
TS EAMCET 2020 Exam Details
TS EAMCET 2020 to begin on September 9: TS EAMCET 2020 will be conducted through a Computer Based Test mode from September 9. The TS EAMCET for Engineering Stream will be held on September 9, 10, 11, and 14. The exam will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm.
TS EAMCET 2020 for Agriculture & Medical stream to held on September 28 & 29: The TS EAMCET for Agriculture & Medical stream will be conducted on September 28 and 29. The exam will be held through CBT mode from 3 pm to 6 pm. The test duration is 180 minutes in which the candidate should answer 160 questions.
Maintain social distancing & follow directions by representatives: Candidates should maintain social distance starting from the point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue. Candidates must follow directions given by representatives and need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points of the Test Centre.
Things that are allowed in the exam hall: Candidates should bring their own masks and a simple pen. You can also bring flexible gloves, a personal hand sanitizer (50ml), and a transparent water bottle (if they wish). It should be noted that no other items will be permitted inside the exam venue.
Candidates need to bring Covid 19 declaration form: The candidate should bring a signed declaration stating that he/she has NOT tested positive for the Coronavirus or identified as a potential carrier of the COVID-19 virus (declaration will be provided along with the Hall Ticket) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue and submit it to the Invigilator.
Temperature of candidates to be checked at the entry to the exam venue: Candidates experiencing cough, cold, sneezing, fever, etc., must inform well in advance to the authorities at the Test Centre to make necessary arrangements. The temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
Important Instructions To The Candidate
The Candidate is advised to visit the test centre well in advance to get the acquaintance with the location of the Test Centre.
The Candidate will be permitted into the Examination Hall from 07:30 AM onwards for Forenoon (FN) session and 01:30 PM onwards for Afternoon (AN) session. On the day of test as the candidate has to undergo the verification Process as it takes some considerable time to complete the Registration process.
The candidate who will come early will have the advantage of starting the test in time and no additional time will be given in this regard and the test will be closed sharp by 12.00 Noon for Forenoon (FN) session and by 6.00 PM for Afternoon (AN) session.
Hall Ticket shall be produced at the entrance of the Test Centre and also in the Examination Hall, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to write the test. Candidate will be permitted for the examination only after their credentials are verified by the Test centre officials.
Candidates shall carry into the examination hall (i) Black/Blue Ball Point pen (ii) Hall Ticket and (iii) Filled in Online Application Form (Caste certificate in case of SC/ST category only, if he/she has not furnished the caste certificate number at the time of submission of Online Application Form).
Complete the Filled in Online Application Form by affixing latest photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the College where the candidate has last studied and also provide left hand thumb impression using stamp pad in the space provided well in advance and it should be handed over to Invigilator after signing in the presence of Invigilator. Otherwise, the candidate’s result will be withheld.
The candidate should return the (i) duly completed Filled in Online Application Form and (ii) Booklet used for Rough work before leaving the Examination Hall. Failure to do so will make him / her liable for punishment as per norms.
Carrying of Calculators, Mathematical / Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, Wrist-watches or any other Electronic Gadgets and personal belongings into the examination hall is strictly prohibited. In case, the candidate carries any personal belongings, he / she has to keep them outside the examination hall at candidate’s own risk. The authorities of the test centre will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of such items.
Candidates should note that in case of any discrepancy in the questions in bilingual papers, which is because of ambiguity in translation, the English version of the question shall be treated as final.
Candidate is permitted to write the Examination only once, even if he/she has submitted multiple applications.
Candidates are not allowed to bring loose sheets/blank papers into the examination hall for the purpose of rough work. Booklet for rough work will be provided in the Examination Hall. Candidates are required to fill the necessary data in the space provided in rough work booklet before using it. Candidate is responsible and shall handover this booklet to the invigilator before leaving the examination centre after the end of the examination.
All the Entries on Booklet supplied by the Convener for the purpose of rough work must be filled correctly. If the candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols, religious marks, prayers or identification marks on any part of Booklet used for Rough work, it will lead to Malpractice.
The candidate will not be allowed into the Examination Hall once the test commences i.e., after 09.00 AM for forenoon session and after 3.00 PM for afternoon session (will not be allowed even if he/she is LATE BY A MINUTE) and also will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the END of the Examination (i.e., 12.00 Noon for forenoon session and 6.00 PM for afternoon session) under any circumstances.
The check-in procedure inside the Examination Hall includes capturing of biometric data (photograph). This procedure is mandatory to allow the candidates into the Examination Hall and it will allow TS EAMCET-2020 authorities to verify your identity and also to check impersonation.
Follow the instructions announced by the invigilator carefully. No clarifications or doubts related to the questions of examination will be entertained during the examination. If you face any hardware or software problems with the computer system provided, please inform the same to the invigilator for rectifying the problem immediately. In case the problem is not rectified within the reasonable time, you will be provided with another computer system. The time lost for changing the system (if any) will be compensated.
Adoption of any kind of unfair means and any act of impersonation at the time of test will render the applicant liable for invalidation of his / her performance in the test. Further, he/she will forfeit the claim of appearing for the test and will make him/her liable for criminal action.
Issue of Hall Ticket and appearance at the test do not automatically entitle the candidate for admission into a College.
The candidate is required to bring at least one valid original photo identification (not photocopied / not scanned copy). Acceptable forms of photo identification types are limited to College ID Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport / PAN Card / Voter ID).
The Candidate should also sign on the Hall Ticket in the presence of Invigilator as signed in the Filled in Online Application form.
Hall Ticket must be preserved till the time of admission into the college.
No travelling expenses will be paid for the journey to take the test.

No waiting place will be provided to the accompanying persons at the test centres in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.
