BIE Telangana has released the schedule for payment of examination fee for first and second-year regular students, failed students (general and vocational) and attendance exempted private candidate for intermediate public examination to be held in May.

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TS BIE) has notified the due dates for paying the examination fee for the Intermediate Public Examinations, March 2024.
Intermediate first and second year regular students, failed candidates of general and vocational streams can pay the exam fee without a late fee as per the above said dates.
Meanwhile, the Board has also announced the due dates for grant of exemption from attendance for private candidates for arts/humanities only.
The last date for payment of exemption fee and submission of online application form is November 30 and with a late fee of Rs 200, the application can be submitted up to December 12. The fee is Rs 500.
As per the Telangana Inter Board Proceedings, the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education is receiving certain complaints, phone calls, emails from the Students and parents that the College Managements are collecting excess amount towards Examination fee Instead of the prescribed Examination fee by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education.
BIE TS has informed to all the Students and Parents that NOT to pay any excess amounts to the College Principals. If any college is demanding excess fee, they are advised to contact the concerned District Intermediate Education Officer / Nodal Officer to check such excess collection of Examination fee.
The stringent action will be initiated against such managements if noticed. The Examination fee prescribed by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education for Intermediate Public Examinations is given below.
Examination Fee:
The examination fee for first year general courses is Rs 500 and Rs 710 for the first year vocational regular courses.
Likewise, the general second year arts students should pay an exam fee of Rs 500, whereas for general second year science students the exam fee is Rs 710 with Rs 500 for theory and Rs 210 for practicals. For the second-year vocational students, the exam fee is Rs 710 with Rs 500 for theory exams and Rs 210 for practicals.

TS Inter Exam Fee Dates 2024
Exam Fee Due Dates and Fee Particulars: The following are the REVISED Due dates of Examination fee for ensuing IPE March 2024: With a late fee of Rs 100 and Rs 500, the exam fee will be accepted between December 2 and 6, and December 8 and 12 respectively.
The exam fee will also be accepted with a late fee of Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000 between December 14 and 17, and December 19 and 22 respectively.

Remittance of Examination Fee Online:
The TSBIE has decided to collect the Examination fee through online payment as was done from IPE March onwards.
The Principals of the colleges are informed to login to the TSBIE’s website, enter the particulars of the fee paid by the students and remit the amount by using internet banking facility. and payment gateway provided in TSBIE’s website on or before the Due Pates as mentioned above.
Separate e-transaction / payment is to be made for each category i.e., General/Vocational, ENR Candidates and Additions. All the Principals of the Junior Colleges in the Telangana State are hereby requested to arrange for collection of Examination fee in the office only as per the Due Dates prescribed
And remit the same through online net banking on or before the Due Dates mentioned above. They should not allow any student to pay the Examination fee individually.
The consolidated list of fee paid candidates in respect of candidates who paid the Examination fee should be handed over to the D.I.E.O. / Nodal Officer concerned on the next working day without fail.

Students who are studying intermediate can check the exam fee dates and download the exam fee payment schedule from the official weblink. For downloading the Exam Fee Schedule, student can follow the given simple tests.
- For downloading the exam fee payment schedule, intermediate students need to visit the official website https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in/ in your device browser.
- Once you reach the official website, click on the TSBIE Website on the home page. Then, Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education official web portal will appear.
- On the TS BIE website, click on the News and Announcement Link. Then, a new web page will be appeared.
- Search for the inter exam fee payment dates link at the New and Announcement section and click on it.
- When you click on the link, Telangana Inter Exam Fee payment schedule PDF file will appear and download it.
- After downloading the Intermediate exam fee payment schedule, student can check the exam dates, take a print it and preserve it for future need.
Improvement Provision for Second year passed Candidates:
The candidates who have passed two year Intermediate course in the year & afterwards can improve their performance within two years.
They can avail only two chances during this period. The passed candidates of IPE March can appear for Improvement in I.P.E. March, 2024 as last chance, if they did not avail two chances during the previous held IPEs / IPASEs.
The candidates who wish to improve their performance have to appear for All-the 2nd year papers including Practicals (OR) to appear for all papers of 1st year 2nd year including Practical.
The successful candidates have an option to retain the present performance or past performance which is beneficial to the candidates. There is no provision of Best marks in individual papers.
Eligibility to award pass Certificate: All the Principals are hereby informed that the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education has dispensed off with the condition of 5 (five) years for completion of Intermediate Course. Therefore all the failed candidates of previous examinations are permitted to appear for failed paper(s).
MALPRACTICE CANPIPATES: The 2nd year regular SCIENCE candidates of General stream and 1st & 2nd year regular candidates of VOCATIONAL stream who booked under Malpractice have to appear for both Theory and Practicals as and when they get eligibility.
ATTENDANCE EXEMPTION: The Principals of the Govt. Junior Colleges have to accept the Examination fee in respect of Private candidates (without college study) after thorough scrutiny of the original certificates and after satisfying about their eligibility to appear for Intermediate Public Examinations, March 2024 and submit online data Print out (Nominal Rolls) of these candidates. The Examination fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted, in case the candidate found ineligible if any, to appear for IPE March 2024.
The candidates who have passed their S.S.C. or its equivalent examination from Board / University other than Board of Secondary Education, Telangana State have to obtain Eligibility Certificate from the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad to appear for Intermediate Public Examinations, March 2024.
The candidates who have a gap of two years after passing the qualifying examination i.e., S.S.C. or its equivalent examination are eligible to appear for both first and second year. not accept Examination fee from the attendance exemption candidates if your college is the single Examination centre in the town or a Self-Centre.
All the Private candidates who have submitted their applications for Exemption from Attendance (without college study) and who intend to appear for 1st year or 2nd year for IPE March 2024 for the first time will have to answer the paper(s) with syllabus prescribed for the regular students of the current academic year i.e., 2021-22.
Special instructions for Intermediate Public Examinations
It is observed that most of the Principals are deleting the names of the examination fee paid candidates from the ENR and approaching this office later with various reasons for inclusion. Any wrong DELETIONS made in the ENRs will be viewed seriously and it attracts a huge penalty.
A number of representations were received from the students stating that they have already passed the subjects which are shown as AF or NF in the latest Marks Memos.
As such, all the Principals are requested to take an undertaking from all the Private candidates who are shown AF and NF in their latest Memos stating that they have failed in those subjects and the Marks Memo issued to them is correct.
If any student claims that he/she has already passed in those subjects, please send full particulars like, Regd.No., Month and Year, etc., in which the candidate passed and enclosed Marks Memo.
Please do not accept Examination fee without ORIGINAL Marks Memo for Intermediate Il year regular or failed candidates. No Hall-ticket will be issued to the candidates for IPE March 2024 without photographs and the Principal will be held responsible for not uploading photos of the candidates.
Examination fee particulars statements (List of candidates) and original Marks Memos shall be enclosed to the NRs/ONLINE FEE PAID PRINTOUT separately.
The online Examination Fee PAID printouts and Fee NOT PAID printouts shall be certified by the Principal of the College and handover to the D.I.E.O. / Nodal Officer concerned along with NRs without fail.
The Principal of the College is responsible for uploading the details, photographs and signature of the candidates correctly.
The Principals of the Colleges are requested to furnish correct Category Codes in the Nominal Rolls/ Online. Non-furnishing of correct Category Codes will lead to wrong declaration of results and the Principals will be held responsible.
The above Due Dates for payment of Examination fee are applicable to both 1st & 2nd year Regular & Private / Failed (General / Vocational students), Attendance exempted private candidates appearing for Humanities only (without college study) who wish to appear for ensuing Intermediate Public Examinations, March 2024, and also the candidates opting now for Change of Group for ensuing IPE March 2024, where already got exemption from TSBIE as Private candidate and appeared during or prior to IPE / IPASE 2020.
As such, all the Principals and the Managements are requested to give wide publicity of the above Due Dates among the Students, Parents and Staff of their respective Colleges and also a copy of the same should be displayed on the college Notice Board.
The Principals can remit the amount(s) for the students who paid the Examination Fee as and when they collect the fee from the students and can pay it online at any time even before the last date within the scheduled dates to avoid any kind of technical problem in remitting the Examination fee through online on the last date. Please acknowledge the receipt of the letter.
Inter Exam Fee Deadline
Payment of Inter Examination Fees deadline is 24-02-2024. Telangana State Inter Board Secretary has issued an order for the inter first year and second-year examination fees.
Officials suggest that inter-regular, supplementary and private students should take advantage of this opportunity. Students are required to pay fees till deadline, and the Principals of the respective colleges are to be credited with the Inter-Board Account by deadline.
Groups who do not have practicals will pay Rs.490/- and who have practicals will pay Rs.710/-. The full details can be found from the principals of the respective colleges.
- The process of payment of intermediate examination fee in Telangana state has begun. It was released the inter-board schedule.
- The Board Secretary has made it clear that there is a possibility of late payment of fees up to the deadline.
- He directed private junior college managements to ensure that the colleges that collect the examination fee from the students, pay them to the board in a timely manner and inform the students to that extent.
- It is clear that students who want to pay private examination fees without having to go to college should contact the government’s junior colleges.
A TSBIE press release said that extension of the date also applies to the attendance expected private candidates without college study for humanities groups and candidates with a change of group, who wish to appear for the ensuing Intermediate Public Examinations.
Accordingly, the principals of the Junior Colleges in the State are directed that they were permitted to collect the examination fee form the students up to above mentioned the last date.
And, the examination fee collected shall be remitted by using the internet banking facility and payment gateway provided in TSBIE’s CGG website and online transfer to TSBIE account on or before 24-02-2024.
