#Selection Procedure:
Written test for 100 marks will be conducted.
The questions in written test will be both objective and descriptive.
The duration of the examination will be 2 ½ hours.
Centre of examination, date and time will be intimated in the Hall Ticket.
A skill test will be conducted for 50 marks to the candidates who apply for the post of Assistant Programme Officer in addition to written test at State Office.

1. Aptitude / reasoning (verbal, non-verbal).
2. Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Programmes – objectives, interventions etc., Educational and Quality Indicators and issues, curriculum, assessment and evaluation procedures etc.
3. Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation.
4. The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009
5. Role of School Management Committees in School Development.
6. Management, Roles and Responsibilities etc.
a) Educational Management Structure in the State.
b) Managerial and Leadership skills.
c) Educational Institutions at State and National level – Action research & small scale research.
d) Roles and responsibilities of teachers, people participation –
i. Child rights
ii. Other issues related to School Education.
iii. Community Mobilization.
#Instructions to the candidates:
1. The test will be conducted for 100 marks with a duration of 2½ hours.
2. The candidate should attend the exam hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
3. The question paper will be in English and the candidates may answer in English or Telugu or Urdu duly following the instructions in the question paper.
4. Candidates are not allowed to bring Cell Phones / Any books / Calculators and other forbidden material into the exam hall.
5. After completion of the exam the candidates should handover the question paper cum answer booklet duly tying additional sheets if any to the invigilator.
6. The candidates are not allowed to leave the exam hall until the exam is completed.
