After formation of new Telangana State in India, the Government of Telangana, School Education Department launched the new web portal bse.telangana.gov.in (BSE Telangana Web Portal) for Board Of Secondary Education in the name of Directorate of Government Examinations Board is popularly Known as SSC Board i.e., Telangana State SSC Board and also we known as Telangana State D.El.Ed and LPT Annual Examinations Board.
SSC Board Board of Secondary Education of Telangana State also known as the Directorate of Government Examinations. It was established in 1953 and functions as an autonomous body under the Telangana State of Education. This board headquarters at Hyderabad and Located at Chapel Road, Abids, Telangana State. The T State Board of Secondary Education regulates and supervises the Secondary Education System in Telangana State.
It executes and governs various activities that include devising of courses of study, prescribing syllabus, conducting below mentioned examinations, granting recognitions to schools and providing direction, support and leader ship for all secondary educational institutions under its jurisdiction. TSBSE function is responsible to promote secondary education in the state. The primary function of the board is to conduct exams for Class X and Class XII standards at its recognized institutions by prescribing and setting question papers.
Declaring of results and giving certificates to the successful candidates is considered as an important duty of the board. The other functions of TSBSE are to recognize aspiring schools and grant affiliations, prepare curriculum for high school and intermediate level, prescribe and publication of textbooks for courses, achieve academic excellence, issuing of hall tickets, etc. The user can access this website like results, notifications, hall tickets, memo’s, etc.

Directorate of Government Examinations is an independent functioning under the ministry of secondary education, Government of Telangana State.
