The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP has announced the UP Class 12 date sheet 2025 for 12th board examinations on its website.
Students appearing in the Class 12 annual exams can check details and download the UP Class 12 Time Table from the UPMSP website, upmsp.edu.in.
The morning shift exams will be conducted from 8 a.m. to 11:15 p.m., and the afternoon shift exams will be held from 2 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
The UP Board Exams will be held in March. The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board will conduct intermediate class 12 public examinations in March 2025.
This year, the practical exam will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will be held from January 21 to January 28, 2025, in Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Faizabad, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti.
The second phase is scheduled from January 29 to February 5, 2025, in Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi and Gorakhpur.
The detailed timetable for Class 12 students who will appear for the UP 2025 board exams was released. UP Board Exams 2025 for Intermediate/ Class 12 Students will begin on March 24, 2025, and conclude on April 12, 2025.
Students will appear for the exams in two shifts – morning and evening. The exams will be conducted offline.

Class 12 Pre board exams: The intermediate exams will take place in two phases, the first from January 21 to January 28, 2025, and the second session will be conducted from January 29 to February 5, 2025.
Class 12 practical exams: The intermediate practical examination will be organised from January 16 to January 20, 2025. The schedule has been released for all streams including arts, science, and commerce.
Class 12 Theory exams: The theory exam datasheet will likely be released soon. The theory exams will begin once the pre-boards and practicals are over.
The exam pattern may be different this year. The papers will be divided into two parts: multiple-choice questions and subjective questions.
About 30 per cent of the question paper, or the first section of 20 marks, will consist of multiple-choice questions, to be answered by the candidates on the OMR sheet.
The second part, which carries 70 percent or 50 marks, will consist of descriptive questions to be answered on conventional paper.
The UP 10th 12th Board Exam 2025 Date Sheet will be useful for students who are waiting for the timetable to be released so that they can prepare for the exams. The UP Board Madhyamik Routine 2025 will also indicate detailed guidelines on exams.
As per the exam timetable, the first exam for class 12 students will be in General Hindi. The UP Board Exams for class 12 will be conducted in shifts.
The first shift would be from 8 am to 11.15 am and the second shift would be from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. Urging students to prepare themselves for the exams with a positive frame of mind, Sharma said the timely announcement of the date sheet will give sufficient time to the students.

Candidates can download the exam date sheet from UP Education Board Web portal by following the simple steps given below.
- Students need to visit the UP Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad official website, https://upmsp.edu.in/.
- Once you reach the official website, click on Important Notice on the home page. A pop-up window will then appear.
- In this new pop-up window, click on the 12th Exam Time Table. A new PDF file will open in the new table. Candidates can now check the exam details.
- Download the UPMSP 12th exam date sheet and keep a hard copy for further need.
