September 21: Category II (B) VRO / Village Surveyor and Category II (A) Engg. Asst./ Ward Amenities Secretary exams were conducted on September 21.
September 22: Category III Ward Sanitation & Environment Secretary and Category III Ward Welfare & Development Secretary (G-II) exams were held on September 22.
September 23: The recruitment exams for Category III Village Agriculture Assistant and Category III Ward Education & Data Processing Secretary were conducted on September 23.
September 24: Category III Ward Planning & Regulation Secretary and Category III ANM / Ward Health Secretary (G-III) exams were conducted on September 24.
September 25: The recruitment exams for Category III Village Horticulture Assistant and Category III Village Sericulture Assistant posts were held on September 25.
September 26: Category III Village Fisheries Assistant and Category III Animal Husbandry Assistant exams were conducted on September 26.

AP Grama Sachivalayam had conducted this mega recruitment process to fill up 1,60,801 vacancies for various posts. Over 21 lakh candidates have registered for the AP Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment examination. AP Grama Sachivalayam had declared the results of the recruitment examination on September 19. Out of 19,50,630 candidates who appeared for the exam, 1,98,164 were declared successful.
Present, the final answer keys of exams conducted from September 1 to September 6, have been released. The examination was conducted till September 8. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can download the final answer keys from the official site of the Social Welfare Department, AP.
District Selection Committee (DSC) is the selection authority and the District Collector is the appointing authority. The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts shall be based on the merit in the OMR based Written examination conducted in the month of September. The minimum qualifying marks for consideration of a candidate to the selection process are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SCs, STs, and PHs or as per rules.

AP Grama Sachivalayam will fill a total of 1,26,728 vacancies through this exam. More than 21 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam from September 1 to September 8. Candidates who have qualified this exam will be provided training for two days– September 30 and October 1.
Certificates Verification Dates: The certificate verification will be done for the candidates selected for various posts in AP Sachivalayam from September 23. Candidates have to upload their certificates on September 21 and the verification will be done on September 23. Candidates are advised to carry their certificates to the verification centers. The candidates will get the appointment letters on September 27 and training will be given to them on October 1 and 2. The candidates will take charge of the office on October 2.

The AP Grama Sachivalayam recruitment drive will fill up 1,26,728 Mahila Police and other posts in the organization. The recruitment process started on July 27 and ended on August 10.
